My
wife
and
I
purchased
an
8
week
old
puppy
a
few
days
ago.
We
had
issues
from
the
get-go.
Our
puppy
presented
with
lots
of
diarrhea
(come
to
find
out
she
had
giardia).
I’m
sure
if
she
was
infected
the
rest
of
the
puppies
were
too.
I
called
the
following
morning
asking
if
we
could
exchange
the
puppy
for
a
hypoallergenic
puppy
because
we
found
out
that
my
mother
who
lives
with
us
was
allergic
to
the
breed.
The
store
told
us
to
contact
their
“warranty
department,”
which
isn’t
really
a
warranty
department.
We
contact
the
warranty
department
who
stated
they
would
reach
out
to
the
Frisco
location
to
see
if
they
could
do
an
exchange
for
us.
We
have
yet
to
hear
back
from
anyone
from
the
warranty
team.
We
later
reach
out
to
the
store
again
and
a
representative
stated
that
we
cannot
exchange
the
puppy
and
that
we
needed
to
find
it
a
new
home.
I
was
told
by
a
representative
when
we
purchased
the
puppy
that
we
have
the
ability
to
exchange
the
puppy
for
another
puppy
that
is
more
appropriate
for
our
living
situation
within
48
hours
of
the
purchase.
Come
to
find
out
that
the
so-called
warranty
department
isn’t
really
a
warranty
department.
All
they
do
is
take
down
your
inquiries
and
share
them
with
the
store.
We
spent
$6000
for
a
puppy
and
Petland
of
Frisco
didn’t
even
have
the
decency
to
reach
out
or
make
things
right.
Whatever
you
do,
do
not
shop
at
Petland!
