I bought my little boy from here on January 16, 2016, I paid $2,060 for him. His DOB is 11/7/2015. He’s diabetic. Diabetes is genetic! So much for that prestige AKC registered! If you bought a Yorkie from here in 2016 (he had multiple siblings), please get them checked for diabetes. Attached is the breeder information. I adore my baby, he’s my world. His medical bills are very high. Diabetes is a rough disease for any dog. It’s heart breaking. I will never purchase another dog from a store because you really don’t know what you’re getting.

My wife and I purchased an 8 week old puppy a few days ago. We had issues from the get-go. Our puppy presented with lots of diarrhea (come to find out she had giardia). I’m sure if she was infected the rest of the puppies were too. I called the following morning asking if we could exchange the puppy for a hypoallergenic puppy because we found out that my mother who lives with us was allergic to the breed. The store told us to contact their “warranty department,” which isn’t really a warranty department. We contact the warranty department who stated they would reach out to the Frisco location to see if they could do an exchange for us. We have yet to hear back from anyone from the warranty team. We later reach out to the store again and a representative stated that we cannot exchange the puppy and that we needed to find it a new home. I was told by a representative when we purchased the puppy that we have the ability to exchange the puppy for another puppy that is more appropriate for our living situation within 48 hours of the purchase. Come to find out that the so-called warranty department isn’t really a warranty department. All they do is take down your inquiries and share them with the store. We spent $6000 for a puppy and Petland of Frisco didn’t even have the decency to reach out or make things right. Whatever you do, do not shop at Petland!

Jordan did an excellent job at explaining everything with our new toy poodle! He was fast, efficient, and thorough in the final paperwork for our new puppy! Appreciate all his help and looking forward to adding another puppy in the future. Thanks man for helping us get an awesome new addition to our family!

This is the second post within two days that we are very happy to give Petland In Frisco a 5 Star Rating. This past Sunday as you will see in a previous review, our family had brought home a beautiful Blue and Tan French Bulldog. While we were there, we had noticed an English Bulldog (Red/White). After a sleepless night, the family discussed bringing him home. Monday morning we made the call to make certain he was still there. Val had confirmed, and we set the appointment up. From the way we were treated on Sunday, there was no doubt that we would purchase another puppy from Petland Frisco. And we did. Both puppies were taken to our vet to be checked out within 24 hrs. Both are happy, healthy little puppies. As stated before, if you are looking for a pet, please stop by Petland Frisco. The staff is amazing, store is very clean. I noticed about every 30-45 minutes the cages being cleaned. Their is more done in this pet store in a day, than what I have viewed at animal shelters. Thank you again Petland for making our family complete!

Me and my family are currently looking for a dog. We went to Petland Frisco to look at some, everybody there was very nice. They even let us meet with two dogs even though it was really busy! We enjoyed the experience even though we did not get a dog that time. The staff was helpful in answering our questions.

Petland Frisco takes special care of their puppies, and the service is outstanding! We initially purchased Banksy, our Pomeranian, about 2 1/2 years ago, to join our family. He’s become such a wonderful addition! My wife and I did spoil our “little prince”, but one day, we visited Petland to buy treats for Banksy…and we brought home Elsa, our beautiful Samoyed! We instantly fell in love with her! Elsa just now turned six months, and she’s even more beautiful than the first day we took her home. If you’re looking for amazing service and care, go to Petland!

Do not buy from Petland. They source their puppies from puppy mills and backyard breeders. These dogs typically have health and genetic problems that are not disclosed to potential owners. If you want a pure bred dog from a reputable breeder do a bit of research and find one that does genetic and health testing. The pictures attached are pictures from the puppy mills that Petland buys from.

Nicole was really awesome (so was the manager). First time owning a puppy, we had TONS of concerns - yearly bills, potty training, daily routine, health, etc. All was answered patiently by Nicole before we decided to make the purchase. We took our time to get to know the puppy and didn't feel we were being rushed. They give you a starter kit to start with - crate, kibbles, can food, treats, odorless cleaning supplies, shampoo, perfume, dog pads, and also comes with lifetime training! The whole experience was just so much better than the Dallas Petland (we may just had the wrong salesperson). On our second visit, Nicole came and greeted us, making sure everything's ok. Highly recommended!

Pet Land exceeded my expectations when I decided to get a new puppy. They made the entire process easy and safe, ensuring a smooth transition for my new furry friend. The store was immaculately clean, creating a pleasant environment for both animals and customers. I had a great time. I adopted a French bulldog and it was a very seem-less process. Petland gets a bad rep, but what people don’t know is they are franchised. Petland Frisco is great!

Amazing experience getting our Cavapoo, so much information and knowledge was shared with us by Keaton about our pup, she spent time explaining everything and we felt very comfortable leaving with our puppy to fly her out of state. Thank you Keaton! Definitely recommend getting your fur babies from here.

2 of my fur babies are from petland frisco this year. The facility is amazing and the staff is absolutely wonderful!! So happy I got my wonderful corgi puppies from here!

The staff was nice, i got a puppy from them. She was sick a few days later but it was handled at the vet. She doesn't care for the antibiotics but shes almost done with her 10 day treatment. Beautiful pup.

We got our beautiful pup here. All pups are AKC certified and come with papers. Yes there is easy approved financing. Important things to note, your pup comes with everything you need to go home with him (kennel, puppy pads, food, supplements, etc). Our pup was sick and they covered the vet visits to get him better asap. Now he is all better and he’s doing great. The staff at Petland is amazing and so helpful and understanding. They take great care of these pups! I can’t wait to go back and get another one!

1: assumed my son and I weren’t in there to buy. 2: because of this assumption they refused to let us see more than one dog. Saying they were for serious inquires only. So what exactly tells you I’m not seriously inquiring? You’re telling me you want me to spend THOUSANDS of dollars on a dog, and make a lifetime commitment to it, all in one visit and only allowing us to see one dog ?? Horrible customer service and not how you make a sale. Better off finding a puppy at a shelter.

They listed a bunch of stuff on the receipt that came with the puppy left out atleast 3 things. My puppy came with a parasite, they paid for it but it was inconvenient, for both me and the pup. They offer free dog training yet no one contacts you to schedule. They advice the offer is mostly opposite if what a vet would say. No one there is a pet expert or enthusiast. My puppy is beautiful and now healthy. I paid 4500 for a Boston terrier and bunch of stuff I never got. Like the clicker (Edit I added a star because the lifetime free training is amazing)

We had an awesome time, great staff, keeps the place very clean, and so awesome to be able to spend time with a puppy 🐶, so many choices, and will be visiting often 😀 !

We picked up our new puppy last week but sadly that night we noticed her coughing. Yep she had kennel cough. Now on medication. We were told she had no medical issues when she was there. So frustrating, now we have to keep her from our other dogs so they don’t get it. This is our 2nd dog from this location. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Facility appears clean.

This team rates one of the top I've ever seen. This hand-picked staff was a 5-star winning not only with the professional interactions but with all interactions we had with them from beginning to end getting our new puppy. As a business owner, I was quite impressed. Way to go. 🌟

Cori at Petland in Frisco was very, very helpful, passionate, and friendly. We first came to Petland a week ago on a late Sunday evening and we fell in love with one of the male Havanese puppies. We were not able to purchase it at the time due to having to go out of town that same week. We came back a week later and Cori remembered us and knew exactly which puppy we wanted, and she was able to complete our transaction for us. She was very informed about this particular breed of dog as well as the care of maintenance of puppies. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

I know there have been and are some negative reviews about Petland Frisco but our experience was absolutely positive. From the moment we walked in looking for a dog, Nick was attentive to our needs and very helpful. He spoke to us about all the information they have on the dogs and the programs they offer after the purchase. We actually went in looking to purchase one dog and left with two dogs, a cockapoo and a maltese. I would highly recommend Petland Frisco to anyone looking for a dog. They are a bit expensive but we found the dogs we wanted and we were able to work with them on price a little bit. Thanks again Nick and Petland Frisco.

Our little miss Ahsoka is the sweetest little girl ever!! Hubby and I got her 10/30 and I must say we are super happy with her. Our other Eskie Jake is absolutely in love!!! They are playing and the best of friends!!! Thank you Petland for our little girl eskie 🥰

They beat you over the head with the prices, primarily because it's a private family owned business but they absolutely offer the most amazing looking pups. We just had the best experience with Christine from Petland Frisco. She is extremely dedicated to the fur babies and honestly stayed in communication with us daily while we took our time getting to know our new baby. Visit after visit she was extremely hospitable & accommodating in fact the whole staff seemed the samr 🥰
