Super friendly and helpful staff. The store is well organized, well stocked and everything is so pretty! I loved the bug and mushroom seasonal display.

Horrid customer service. I felt like I was the one that had done something wrong despite the fact that I had a receipt. And purchased in Texas. I was told that I could not get a refund on my American Express. I could only get a card with a credit on it. I didn't find anything I wanted. For an exchange. She still could not get the money onto the card. I just decided to give but this is the absolute worst customer service i've ever been around. Now I have fifty six dollars worth of something that I don't need. I honored and did the right thing by coming back with a receipt and the product's not damaged. My loss, your gain huge corporate craft store. I run a boutique and I would never treat people. The way that the girl in the store did. She just acts like you're annoying because you're upset over what happened, it's her energy, it's just really bad. U should act genuinely apologetic instead of rude

Employees were standing around the register talking about how people get food stamps too easily. I left. Never coming back again. They need to mind their own lives and their own business here.

This store is awesome! I really like natural stones, and they have a lot of them, as well as jewelry made up of them. They also have nice clothing. My husband got a baha hoodie recently that he absolutely loves. There's a decent selection of incense and accessories as well.

Very well organized and they have a large selection of items. Employee was not pushy. She asked when we first entered, if we were looking for anything specific. We said we're just looking right now and she said let her know if we have any questions. The shelves were fully faced and organized...I know I said that already, but it really was! All products on the shelves were aligned evenly and the shirts on the racks appeared to be organized by color....extremely easy to see what products were available.

My daughter loves this store. We bought a giant floor pillow there for her room. They have clothes, purses, candles, tons of cool ramdom things.

Fabulous store and team. The manager Julie looks exactly like you would expect an Earthbound manager to look. She looks so perfect in her outfits and always has an amazing attitude with perfect jewelry to match. Her team is awesome and even when I go in and she isn’t there it still looks and feels great. Also the clearance section at this store is almost always too easy to find something else I “need” 🤣

I love to get my rocks/crystals here I like to collect them for fun and thi it is a bit pricey it's definitely worth it they javelin tons of amazing things and not just rocks and crystals they have necklaces, home decor, clothes, and for those who like astrology they have alot of astrology things aswell!

They Do Not take my credit card. If you don’t take my card, I don’t want to do business with you. I hate it though, when you ask if your card is accepted, they say “Yes” you go through the whole process and your card is declined.

The customer service here is terrible. The employees create a toxic environment that shames young women about their bodys. A clothing store that promotes “positivity, love and light”, should be focusing on creating an inclusive, positive shopping experience, but instead they interrogated her about her size and weight. Unacceptable.
