Trip was hilarious and made the visit much more manageable for my very sick daughter. I forget the NP’s name, she was very nice as well. They were thorough and offered great care.

Very organized situation with no wait time. My providers (Aaron and Jamie) were very friendly and professional. I am new to the area and this was a good experience when I needed medical attention.

Went in yesterday because I had the chills, fever, body aches and a migraine. They tested everything and I had an infection. Gave me antibiotic shot and antibiotics to take at home. Slept 12 hours last night. Woke up this morning 10 times better+ night and day difference from yesterday! They took the time to test and listen to me and figure out what was going on and knocked it out! Absolutely appreciate them for making me feel soooo much better! Yesterday was terrible! I feel like myself again! Thank you!!

New to the area and son started experiencing some discomfort. Despite the long wait which can be expected due to other urgency, the staff took very good care of us. Very friendly and caring. Son very happy to hear clear again. Thanks!

Just visited and was severely dehydrated because of a stomach bug. Everyone was so kind, accommodating and professional. It’s wonderful to have such great care right here in Melissa! Thank you to each worker who took care of me today! I’m grateful.

Great formula for quality and expediency with patient treatment. Very quick and easy! Multiple times have my family members been here for sickness or injury, and each time has yielded complete satisfaction with the service - a difficult task in health care. If you can’t already tell, I highly recommend the superb staff at this Melissa, TX facility.

Every time I have been here, it has been such a pleasant experience. I have taken my kids and myself a few times. The doctors and nurses are the nicest people ever. They chat with you like they are your friend. They make you feel so much better, especially when you’re sick. I have not had one bad experience here. Today was just as great as the other times. They always get me right in and tested and right back out within minutes. They visit with me and don’t make me feel rushed: The doctor or maybe she’s a PA, but either way, she is fantastic. She’s the sweetest ever.

Had to take my husband here and they were by far the best Urgent Care we’ve been to. From the front desk staff, to the PA and NP, everyone was so nice and personable (something that isn’t as common as it used to be, unfortunately). I felt they really took their time and asked all the right questions, along with giving reasons behind their answers. From parking, to going online to schedule and fill out all of the necessary forms/information, to being seen, and being discharged was exactly one hour! You can’t even get in and out of a regular PCP that quick!! I will definitely return should the need arise, although I hope it doesn’t.

I have been at Urgent Care in Melissa a couple of times and we always leave with a smile. They are very friendly and they always listen to our needs. 100% recommended.

The front desk lady was super sweet and kind as well as the nurse practioner and the nurse who took my vitals. I would recommend anyone who needs to see a Dr and can't get into their family Dr to go here.

I was seen about 2 weeks ago and the visit was great. This time not so much. My appointment was at 5 and didn't get called to come in till 6, and then it took an hour for the doctor to come in and tell me that all my results are negative and I just have a viral infection. I completely understand they get busy and get behind, but it was like I was forgotten in the room. I could hear people being seen by the doctor that came in after me. The front desk girl was amazing though, she was very bubbly and honest distracted me from feeling horribly sick. She has great customer service. I just think maybe next if they are that far behind at least come in the room and inform me. If I hadn't been so sick I would have gotten up and left.

CommuniMed has an efficient and straight-forward check-in/registration process upon arrival and were friendly and helpful staff. They were very quick to get me back once I was called into the waiting room and the appointment went quickly, which I appreciated. The physician was very competent and spent time explaining my diagnosis and the regimen I needed to get well. This location was by far the best urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. I even went back for my follow-up appointment as I was visiting from out of town. Highly recommend.

I have used community med many times and usually have good service but this visit was horrible. After a 2 hour wait from my appointment time it seemed like all they wanted to do was rush me in and out. Having shortness of breath and wheezing the nurse said he would start setting up a breathing treatment and they didn’t even do that. All they did was prescribe meds for a home treatment knowing that it was after 4:40 on a Saturday and there’s no way that prescription would be ready. Very disappointing

The staff were incredible. Very caring and informative on my situation. They were able to manage an emergency situation and mine simultaneously without making anyone feel less important. The shot that I got, I didn’t feel and I left the clinic with a smile knowing that I was well take care of.

Previously had been here twice and the service the first time was exceptional. The last two times it was so inefficient and I waited and hour and a half despite having an appointment. I know things happen and medicine is super unpredictable but there was no sense or urgency with the staff. The provider was great but all other staff including the receptionist worked at a snails pace.

It's hard to be impressed with Urgent Care centers but I can't say enough about CommunityMed 121. The front office staff is great and the nurses, NPs and RTs have always been personable and professional with my family. I don't love having to visit an urgent care but so grateful to have the best close by should the need arise.
