Love this shop, it has done wonders for me and my family. Hidden from Highway, but do not let that deter you. The best gems are hidden usually! Normally I would want to keep something I love a secret but if you have any ailments this is the place to come! The girls are extremely knowledgeable and no question will go unanswered and the product recommendations are spot on!

Stephanie is a rockstar! She was kind, witty and empathetic. This sort of customer service is rare and VERY appreciated. The prices were right on too. Store is lovely. They have a lot of product that pairs well with the dispensary next door. She definitely upsold me on a few things. I left with more than planned and no regrets. Great little store for CBD products and merch. Looking forward to going back.

Every member of the Mad Hatter team has made me feel like I'm more than a sale. On my first visit Kara spent so much time with me on education. She was genuinely concerned about my health. I met more of the staff the next week at a fair and they were also amazing. Things can be expensive, and if anything they tried to be conservative with my money. They were generous with finding discounts and bonus items . It's been a month since my last visit and the good vibes are still with me. It's a long ride to get there so I have to make each visit count, which is probably a good thing or I'd be in there all the time for friendly conversation. ☮️
