    Review 2: Tried the Wednesday special- Steak & lobster. It was a disaster. We asked for medium rare & got rare & very chewy steak. Lobster didn’t feel very fresh. The sides were good. Service was good inspire of being short staffed. ———————————- Great place for Sea food lovers! The food was great. The platter we expected to be larger in quantity, however it was just right for a single person. Which makes it expensive (between $30-$40) The service was good, but a little slow. You have to wait around 30 mins after ordering.

    I go to this Red Lobster every year on my birthday… This year was no exception. In fact, this year might have been my best experience at Red Lobster ever. I just left, and I think I am so full that I might not have to eat for the next three day. It’s always delicious, always filling, the cheddar biscuits are always excellent (and I love that if you ask for some to go, they will give you a bag of biscuits to go), and the shrimp scampi is always to die for. I have to give an extra special shout out to our waiter, Casey. Casey is up there with the best waiters I have ever had at any restaurant. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic about the menu, accommodating to all needs, and even asked if he could help with things before we even asked for them. Casey even noticed that my parents had brought a gift bag and brought me a birthday brownie to help celebrate my birthday… No one even told him it was my birthday, he just did it out of the kindness of his heart and his attention to detail. He genuinely made us feel at home, and I could tell that he was genuine in his approach and enthusiasm and kindness in general. He is the type of person I would want working at my restaurant, if I had one, and he is the type of person I would want working anywhere that I owned. If there’s one reason that that I would pick this one over that another… It is Casey’s helpfulness. If you are Casey’s boss, give him a raise! And, if you’re going to Red Lobster… We sat in the section to the right of the door, and make sure to ask to sit in Casey’s section.

    Super tasty food and always comes out hot and fresh! The only critique is that service is generally pretty slow, even when the place seems its not too busy. Though friendly servers, I just wish they would be more attentive.

    I had the itch for lobster the other day. This place did NOT let me down at all. I got the Lobster Lover's Dream. It came with lobster four different ways, and it's all I could have asked for. Highly recommend if you need a "treat yo self" day.

    Maybe it was the time of day, but the biscuits were not fresh and the rice pilaf was crunchy and unenjoyable. For what they charge - everything - regardless of time of day - should be spot-on.

    Hello, I received a full order of Salmon New Orleans at your restaurant located at 95th Metcalf in Overland Park, KS that contained 4 large bones in my Salmon. The manager came to my table and loudly told me that she could not promise no bones in my order. She said the only thing she could offer was to make my order again. Had this been one of my children they could have choked. I have been receiving great customer service from Red Lobster for over 35 years at various locations. This has been the worst experience ever, especially when celebrating my child's 10th birthday. The manager was extremely unprofessional and did nothing to accomdate such a major life threatening inconvenience.

    Went here for some seafood dinner. I was craving some calamari so this is what I ordered as my meal. It was great as I expected and it comes with a jalapeño dip which was really good with the calamari. Their butter biscuit was delicious too. Kids fries are not the best, very basic and I wouldn't recommend if your kids are not really hungry. Overall we had a great time.

    Very disappointed 😞 we got tablespoon of food for a high dollar price 😕 😪 😒 😑 Waited 45 minutes for our shrimp UPDATE 2023. Went on my Birthday dinner. Was the worst service and worst food ever. Sprouts was burned. Lobster tail was extremely small and cold. Service was extremely slow. We will never return.

    Sadly, there were 2 dead lobsters in the tank and looked as if they were there for awhile. Other than that the service was good and the hostess did remove the lobsters.

    Went in for the endless shrimp special. It was $22 even though Google said it was $20! Good choices. I think looking back, 3 types of shrimp for $18.00 would have been enough! Drinks are pricey, but have a few options for $5.00!

    Before COVID 19, Red Lobster was decent and the food was consistent. We would eat here regularly. Not anymore. For the last two years, the quality of food at Red Lobster has been on a downhill slope. The last time eating there the biscuits were cold and hard, the salads were nothing special, and our entrees were not very good. The food did not taste fresh. I could make a better seafood dinner at home and I'm not a cook. The only positive was the service was good. We will not be back.

    The food tasted good, which was really the only saving grace for this place. It took us quite a while for my wife and I to even be acknowledged by a server. And then it took about 45 minutes for the food to come out once we did order. I don't know if I got the runt of the lobster, but my lobster tail was literally 1 bite too. I don't know if I'd go back.

    I was very pleased. I have celiac disease and find it difficult to find anywhere to eat. But they were able to meet my requirements and I did very well. I had their salmon and steamed broccoli and it was very good. Would highly recommend it as a place to go eat.

    I haven't been to a Red Lobster in 3 yr it so. I had the flounder, baked potatoe, and broccoli. Delicious! Anne, out server, did a great job even though understaffed. There was four in our party. 1 Appetizer and. Four entree, three soda cost $110.

    Arrived. Wouldn't seat us because they said they didn't want to overwhelm the kitchen. It was not crowded. Waited 15. Got seated. Waited a little longer. Server came. Placed order. As we are waiting we notice the manager seating several other parties. Not only that other tables received drinks and food before us. We finally got our food and drinks. Server asked how everything was. I was not happy with my dish. After I explained what was wrong. He came back with my ticket and asked me why I didn't eat my food. I explained to him again it wasn't good. I just payed the ticket and left.

    Our server, Summer, was amazing! 5star for her! Red lobster use to be my favorite. This location has gone down hill. All the employees seemed to work hard and hustle and I think they are understaffed. Cleanliness and proper food handling was an issue while we visited. Once again, employees were awesome! The other stuff seemed managerial issues/corp issues.

    40 minute wait for lunch because of the lack of help. Sad, it's just not that special any more. Went to longhorn steakhouse down the street and got fed but that was it. Won't waste my time and effort again. At some point we have to stop using COVID as our bail out excuse for everything.

    Took my wife for a Friday date night. The food was good, though the service was outstanding. Dusty was attentive, had good suggestions and was very personable. It's been a long time since my last visit and the place did not have that "nice, fancy dinner out" vibe that I remember from when I was younger. It was moderately busy and they were clearly understaffed but it was still an enjoyable experience. It was not packed with people waiting outside like I remember either. Though it was chilly out so that may have had an impact. Overall a good experience but not the wow I was hoping for.

    Was super excited about my food, got all the way home to just find a long black hair stuck to my Alfredo noodles. This is the second time I’ve had hair in my food! DISGUSTING! They need to be more Sanitary, I will NOT be back!

    Family Christmas dinner. My son his family. We had a character of a waiter. Young & full of energy. I think his name was Curtis. 95th & Metcalf OP KS. We went early in the afternoon, seated immediately. Totally a family Great experience. We will be back!

    I was greatly disappointed with our Red Lobster experience. We have always enjoyed going... but this time left me very frustrated. Front the front host to the manager at 4pm they were very slow and had a nearly empty restaurant but they didn't care for our business. There were 12 of us. We advised they could absolutely split us up at different tables and they immediately said it would be a 45 minute wait. I was polite but yet firm and said that was completely an unacceptable answer! He tried to say they only had 1 server, but there were 5 who were marked as just came on shift. (They have a server board and sheet that stated when thier shifts started, etc. We were seated within 10 minutes. Service was crazy slow and it took over 40 minutes to get the Rolls brought put. They obviously were in no interest in business. Sometimes a manager just shouldn't be a manager and this might be the case. His laziness and lack of drive was reflected directly down to his wait staff and hosts.

    Me and my stepmom had went to this Red lobster that the server had serve the butter biscuits cold. Told are server on it and made a fresh batch that we had their endless shrimp that is going on right now started off with fried and scampi shrimp mostly like those types at Red lobster and try the red shrimp had a smokey flavor and it was okay but nothing crazy about that it is not really the best Red lobster ever so far that we end up at this one we were supposed to meet with someone did not showed up.

    As I stated before, last visit (first visit different red lobster), was great! Had to hit up another one (second visit). This one was actually better! Hassan the waiter was superb and he was handsomely rewarded! Food was great at this one too! 2 Red Lobsters 2 visits. Why did I wait so long?! Will definitely be going back!

    My food was delicious, the 2nd plate had problems, the rice wasn't fully cooked & the shrimps were overcooked. The meal was replaced with another choice from the customer. All in all, we enjoyed our meals & we will return.

    I had my wedding reception here and it was wonderful! The manager worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect and accommodate us! She took time out of her day several times before the wedding to focus on us! She even printed little menus for everyone that were on very nice paper and well designed! On the day of my wedding the staff was amazingly friendly and efficient! They bent over backwards to make sure everything was correct and I was comfortable! They even gave me flowers and helped cut my cake. They went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!

    Poor staff was struggling with only 3 servers. Not sure about the kitchen crew. Food quality wasn't as good as it used to be. I wish them luck as our server was doing the best she could and was really nice and attentive. Thank you Annie Y.

    Pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the Baja Bowl and huge Cod Sandwich! Curbside was a breeze. Will definitely come back for more!

    Decent food, fast staff. My "lobster potato" had a singular 1/2" piece of lobster on it. Even though I paid an extra $3 to have lobster added. I don't think that single tiny piece of lobster cost $3... Other than that, it was a good meal.
