I
go
to
this
Red
Lobster
every
year
on
my
birthday…
This
year
was
no
exception.
In
fact,
this
year
might
have
been
my
best
experience
at
Red
Lobster
ever.
I
just
left,
and
I
think
I
am
so
full
that
I
might
not
have
to
eat
for
the
next
three
day.
It’s
always
delicious,
always
filling,
the
cheddar
biscuits
are
always
excellent
(and
I
love
that
if
you
ask
for
some
to
go,
they
will
give
you
a
bag
of
biscuits
to
go),
and
the
shrimp
scampi
is
always
to
die
for.
I
have
to
give
an
extra
special
shout
out
to
our
waiter,
Casey.
Casey
is
up
there
with
the
best
waiters
I
have
ever
had
at
any
restaurant.
He
was
friendly,
attentive,
knowledgeable,
enthusiastic
about
the
menu,
accommodating
to
all
needs,
and
even
asked
if
he
could
help
with
things
before
we
even
asked
for
them.
Casey
even
noticed
that
my
parents
had
brought
a
gift
bag
and
brought
me
a
birthday
brownie
to
help
celebrate
my
birthday…
No
one
even
told
him
it
was
my
birthday,
he
just
did
it
out
of
the
kindness
of
his
heart
and
his
attention
to
detail.
He
genuinely
made
us
feel
at
home,
and
I
could
tell
that
he
was
genuine
in
his
approach
and
enthusiasm
and
kindness
in
general.
He
is
the
type
of
person
I
would
want
working
at
my
restaurant,
if
I
had
one,
and
he
is
the
type
of
person
I
would
want
working
anywhere
that
I
owned.
If
there’s
one
reason
that
that
I
would
pick
this
one
over
that
another…
It
is
Casey’s
helpfulness.
If
you
are
Casey’s
boss,
give
him
a
raise!
And,
if
you’re
going
to
Red
Lobster…
We
sat
in
the
section
to
the
right
of
the
door,
and
make
sure
to
ask
to
sit
in
Casey’s
section.
