All Texas Roadhouses look pretty much the same, which isn't really a bad thing. The way the inside feels with all the people moving around and everything being pretty packed together, which isn't really all too bad. It just adds to the feel. The rolls and butter at the beginning are amazing and could probably fill you up before you even get your actual meal. I always either get the Chicken Fried Sirloin or Chicken. The fries and gravy are pretty good. The mashed potatoes taste a little fake. Also, going on a birthday is a treat because of their little show they put on for you. My only gripe is it can be pretty expensive, as most things are nowadays. Thanks bug guy :)

Seated immediately. My server Reilly was fantastic friendly and attentive and knocked it out of the park .Super fast service. Probably the fastest service I've ever had at a chain restaurant. . The food was perfect. My salad was fresh and crispy. The rolls were super hot and fresh with that amazing 🧈 butter. My steak was done to perfection. And everything was delicious. Ice cold Stella. Muy buena. Quality and consistency. Roadhouse style.

Madison was our hostess and she was great. Very friendly and welcoming. She was very attentive and her service was super fast. The food however was lacking in the taste. The steaks weren't seasoned well and the mashed potatoes were watery.

During my recent visit to Texas roadhouse, I tried the snake bites, ribeye, sirloin, and bread and butter, which is always good. The appetizer and sides were good but the caramelized onions on the steaks didn’t meet my expectations overall, it was a decent dinner!

Food was amazing, my steak was done perfectly! Our server was also amazing, checked back often and was super nice. Manager also came around to check on tables...very happy customer! Definitely will be back!

When the bartender makes sure you have a stock pile of them good rolls you know it's gonna be a good night. Thank you so much to Emily, our bartender. She was amazing and made sure everything was correct. 5 stars!

I really want to give this place a bad review; I just can't. Sunday evening, I used the app to schedule. It said an hour and a half. Went to the restaurant at the time according to the app. We checked in and waited. I went inside after 2 hours and tried to get an update. I was called the wrong name and showed complete indifference. My wife found space at the bar. This went from a miserable experience to pleasant. The bartender was great. I had the prime rib, baked potato and salad. Ordered potato skins as an appetizer. They were so so. Very cheesy and not very hot. I will say my prime rib was perfect. For my salad I asked for crumbles and got creamy Bleu cheese instead, which the bartender caught and fixed. I really liked my meal. Service at the bar was very good. I have no idea what it would have been like had we been seated at a table. Sometimes, it's not how you start, but how you finish. You'll be tempted, but word of caution don't fill up on the rolls. Those too are fantastic.

The food was delicious! I always order the steak kabobs. The prime rib is also super good.

Always great food. To me, the best place to get a steak is great and not crazy expensive. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Food came out fast and also the drinks. It was busy like usual but you wouldn't have known it with how everything was running.

Had the fall off ribs..DELISH... I had visited others including this location thru out my travels an was never too impressed, today visiting I was very pleased with the whole dining experience..my only complaint please make improvements to the wo.ens restrooms..dirty and small and very outdated..thank you for thedelish lunch

Went to have lunch. In Honor of Veterans Day, our server Tobore (Toby) was outstanding! Bread is always good. Music is not too loud, really appreciated. The food was delicious, and the manager was very attentive. In general, excellent day! Everybody was polite and made us feel great, especially for veterans. Thank you, Texas Roadhouse, in Lawrence KS.

We got there about an hour after opening and I have to say that was probably the best time to arrive. The rattlesnake bites was the first time I ever got them where they were not busting out and half empty. The fries came out looking fresh and not stale. Good meal this time.

Great KC Strip with bake potatoe. Chilly was good. Bread was good. Beer was cold and service was good. Located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking.

The steak was perfect. The sweet potato was good, and the chili is always delicious. I think roadhouse is much better than longhorn steakhouse in my opinion. I just wish the food would have been ready at the time I ordered pick-up instead of almost 20 minutes later. Still, 5 stars for quality!

Ordered a country fried chicken. it was amazing! Wife ordered an 8 oz steak. Looked really juicy and delicious. Kids had chicken tenders and Lil Dillo steak bites . We were all satisfied with everything thank you!

Steaks don't seem to be as good as they used to be, and I wish the booth partitions were a little cleaner.... It'd make for a better dining experience.

Killin' it, as always! Usually a wait time because it's one of the best places to eat in this block of restaurants, but we managed to get in w/o wait this time, the food was perfectly cooked and we had zero issues. Kids loved the new little armadillo paper toy. Definitely a must if in the area. Cooks def know what they're doing!

Shouldn’t have gotten rid of their waiting area. People everywhere and employees seem annoyed to have to keep asking people to move. Called ahead to be put in line for a party of 8 and they’ve taken back a party of 10 and 12 ahead of us. Said we were waiting on a table. Took an hour and 20 min.

We are sorry but the steak did not meet with our expectations. KC strips were overcooked. The med rare was medium and the medium was well done..Dry and not the usual goodness. The servers were smiley and quick and very pleasant. Also while we were waiting for our salad a large black beetle dropped onto my bread plate. We sent him to the floor and stepped on him. Nothing hurt but very surprising! Nothing was said because there was nothing to be done about it. You may want to contact your exterminator.

It was insanely busy to the point where it was standing room only in the waiting area. However, if you get on the waitlist in the app it goes so much faster. Service was awesome! They were very attentive and fast. The food was fairly good too especially for how cheap their prices were! I’m not a huge steak person but my husband got a steak and loved it. I got the country fried chicken and it was pretty good too. Oh and the rolls are SO good! They’re served hot and super soft with honey butter. We will probably be back at some point.

The BEST STEAK I've ate in yrs. Moist, flavorful, easy to chew . 6oz Filet Med. Well was perfect. Pleasant atmosphere, prompt Waitress. Suggest bring out Side Salads immediately when order is placed. Pet peeve getting my Salad right before or with main course. Give me time to enjoy colorful, fresh salad. Would recommend this location.

I love the food. Steak done correctly. The crusted chicken is a little too salty for my taste but good. The rolls are amazing. Loaded potatoes..yum. Little loud...to be expected as they're busy. I've been here before and will continue as the food is great! The waitress was constantly checking to make sure all was well.

My steak was rare but my waitress was busy eating so I had to flag down someone. They brought it back and it was med rare and before my eyes went to well done. I'll say microwaved.. salads came with dinner so the table is just a clutter and I don't like a clutter. The service has changed over time and not for the best.

Good experience but we've had better, waiter didn't realize we'd been seated and took a few minutes to come by. Got a side salad that was looking a little sparse and app cam just 4 minutes before entrees. Overall steak was perfectly cooked and staff was quick to address any issues.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Texas Roadhouse and was thoroughly impressed by the service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the friendly staff and made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, the servers were attentive and quick to refill drinks and clear plates. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I especially enjoyed the juicy steaks and the fresh rolls. Overall, my experience here was top-notch. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service.

Ive always loved this place and can honestly say that still after have worked there. But something has changed recently. I order the herb crusted chicken every time but the last two times I’ve been there, its just not the same, almost a mesquite flavor to it. The rice is different and they serious cut up a steak in 3 piece and called it the medallions. Food is still good, can’t deny that. But get back to being great, please!

Everything was delicious. The ribs were fall off the bone but just a little over done. The waitress was new but she took care if us well as we celebrated our engagement!

We ordered a bunch of appetizers to go and it was amazing. I don't eat inside here anymore because it's too loud and crowded all the time, so we started doing To Go orders online and it's easy and convenient. My favorite appetizer here is the rattlesnake bites with the Cajun horseradish sauce. If you love spicy food then get these! You will not be disappointed!! We also got fried pickles and the blooming onion- also delicious. Good is always packaged nice, not long wait times for pickup orders, and they always pack enough rolls with butter and utensils and sauces. Highly recommend for pickup orders!

I don’t normally give reviews based off of service but our waitress last Sunday was fantastic. I think her name was Karissa. We filled 2 tables and she kept everything organized. She took the time to provide each of us with options for our orders.. options we didn’t know were available!

We went early & were seated immediately however there was a waiting list when we left. The service was fast, accurate & friendly. Though you could dine well for about $25 per person, we were hungry & it had been awhile since we dined out last so we 2 appetizers & the biggest steak & prime rib they offered. It was very tasty, we left stuffed to the gills & had 3 take home boxes. Our bill was $85 for 2 but seriously we weren't holding back & ordered the most expensive things they offered. No alcohol ordered though. Kelly Ann was very attentive & super friendly. Great experience. 🤓

Not bad, but not great. Went here for our anniversary dinner. I loved the online waitlist check in, so it was super convenient to get a table. At the time we were seated, the estimated wait time had jumped to almost two hours! The atmosphere inside is great, lots of seating areas but seems a little cramped. Our server came by and took our drink orders. I ordered an Old Fashioned and my wife the Cactus Water. It took a really long time to get our drinks. Let me tell you, DO NOT go here for “Fancy” drinks. My old fashioned was horrible. We went ahead and ordered the Legend margaritas hoping it would be better. I couldn’t even finish mine because it was so sweet. Our food was great though. I got a 12oz ribeye and my wife ordered a 6oz filet. She was disappointed because she ordered medium rare and hers was more done than my medium. Lastly we felt super rushed. I still had half a steak left and our server was already asking if we wanted to go boxes?? Overall, the food was great but outside of that, I don’t see a reason to go back.

Thursday night we decided to go to Texas road house for dinner with family from out of town. There were 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 infants in car seats. So 9 people total and we were originally seated in a small booth in a corner that couldn’t have been meant for more than 4 people. We asked to be moved because there was no way we’d be able to fit the car seats and everyone else plus there were 4 people seated in a booth no more than 5 feet away so placing the car seats in the walkway would have caused an issue for their table as well. We asked to be placed in a section that was less than 15 feet from their original placement and we were told they had no servers… so we were moved across the restaurant into a section that was full, probably 25 people or more packed between 5 booths and they started to pull a table towards a booth when I expressed that I was not comfortable in that section. They told us they had nowhere else for us, I expressed again that I was uncomfortable in that section because there were 25 other people already seated there, COVID is still a real thing and we had two infants and a toddler… they gave us the deer in the headlights look so I informed them that I also am a breast-feeding mother and I was not comfortable with the prospect of feeding my child in front of 25 other people… A manager was finally involved at this point and they moved us back to the opposite side of the restaurant(that was mainly empty) and split us between two booths in the original section we were seated. The manager took great care of us and the server in that section was very attentive. This seating arrangement was good for us, the food was okay but mostly the environment was a huge turn off. The music was so loud you could barely hear yourself think and then it would get quiet for a bit and towards the end of our visit the music was so loud in our section that the other tables in our section were also complaining, and we all had to yell to communicate with each other and again, we had small infants so that was a terribly uncomfortable experience for them as well. I’ve been to this Texas Roadhouse several times and never had problems but with so many options for food in the area I am fairly certain I won’t be bringing my family back here when we all get together again.

I've never had better food in my 48 years of living. It was AMAZING!

I got the half ribs and baked potato to go. It was so good, the meat fell right off the bone. The food was good size portions. To go service has been very convenient. My food was not gross or soggy by the time I got home.
