A very entertaining evening with delicious food and great service. We heard that the best spot in town for a great hamburger and a drag show was Hamburger Mary’s. Karmella was our host for the cookout! It was a night of entertainers of color. This is a must stop if a great time and good food if you are in Kansas City! Enjoy!

This was the first place I dined at after being in lockdown. A friend and I were looking for something to eat before a show next door. We had never been here and were pleasantly surprised. I was happy to show my vaccine card. The staff was awesome. The food and drink was even better. My only regret was not being able to stay for the show that night. Thank you for making my first time out in almost 2 years a happy one.

This is my favorite place to see a Drag show and all others will be compared to this standard. We all had so much fun interacting with the queens, eating our brunch and making memories! The acts are top notice and so personable after the show. Our staff was amazing and kept us partying through brunch! We will come back everytime we are in town! Thank you all for the amazing experience!

I just didn't get the seating..all crammed in 1 area with tables not being used in another ! use masks when walking to or from tables, but take them off at tables. Entertainment was fun, food was good, friends are great!! The covid restrictions made no sense! People could've been better seated with space in between! The servers were on top of their game with short staff!

All the Queens are amazing! They put on one hell of a show. The food is great especially the burgers, definitely worth the price. The servers all work really hard and it’s a great atmosphere. It’s gets pricey but it’s well worth a night/day you’ll never forget. *** Don’t forget to bring tips! I believe it’s all ages until 1030. But the jokes, humor, and outfits are for an older crowd. so be advised this isn’t for children.

We ate here during a show. It was a lot of fun, and we had a great time. The food was very good. We had burgers and fries. I think that the prices are a little high, though. I was also disappointed in the slow service. It took them a very long time to get us our food. Then our server didn't check on us as often as I thought they should have. Regardless, the food was great and the show was fun, so I highly recommend this place!

Came here with a group of 10 to celebrate my birthday. Such a fun atmosphere and show. The food was good as well as the drinks. We will definitely be back the next time we have a fun night out. The performances were soooòooo good! Great job by everyone.

The drag brunch is peak fun. For starters, the French toast is so good I went back for seconds. Three times. You may as well grab some bacon while you’re up there, because it is the perfect combo of crispy and juicy. The drag show is incredibly entertaining and fun. These queens work it. Bring your cash, you’re going to want to tip. A lot. Make a reservation; sold out shows are common. There is a fair amount of beautiful profanity as well.

The decor is awesome! The service was super friendly and helpful! Played bingo and participated in the raffle! Great drink specials and love the for purchase shoe they sell for your cocktail! All in all a great experience, although I dropped a couple hundred dollars quicker than I thought between appetizers, meals, drinks, and bingo!!! Definitely worth the trip!

Went to a Saturday 1pm brunch. This is a fun couple of hours with lots of good music and laughs. The girls are great and I would definitely go again.

What a great experience. My first time there for brunch and loved it. 10 out of 10. Food was delicious. Many choices included pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, sausage sandwiches, country potatoes, country fried steak n gravy. Fruit, cheese just to name options. The ladies were on point, not a single one disappointed. We had three birthday ladies in our group so it was fun to see them get on stage. Our table host was the best host ever. Wish I could take them with me to every restaurant with. My sister got shot with a water gun so hilarious 🤣. Our table of 8 enjoyed our time here today. Definitely recommend.

I honestly loved it there. Everyone was so friendly. I was there on a Friday. I actually went for my cousins birthday and we ALL had a blast. We plan on going back some other time. The food is also very good. I suggest the chipotle chicken wrap, it's to die for.

I came to support not just one of my newer truer friends, but the culture, atmosphere, and camaraderie that Hamburger Mary's holds. Yes there's food and a bar. They weren't pushing specials. I may have accidentally put out a weird vibe, but that only brought the rest of the room closer together. Props to the performer whom i'd pay to have a Dusk till Dawn snake dance tequila shot from. It was a fun night. I say 4 stars because I think there's always room for improvement. But as a straight dude who went here to watch a pretty entertaining drag show.. Basically by myself. Here's what I recommend. Bring some cash. I Didn't know I should've hit the ATM beforehand. They'll come out and interact with the crowd. But it's really respectable. Also there's a smoke patio, so don't waste your beer going to the car for a smoke. Keep it with you, it's fine. Also, tip your bartender. Smile, you will receive an even warmer smile perhaps. Lastly, I wish I could've stuck around but I really felt like the place needed to breathe by my leaving after the show. I really wanted to talk and chat with the dancers, staff, crew, patrons. Maybe next time.

Jaharia Von Du was a great host! Me and my sisters had a great time and enjoyed all of the performances. We weren't seated too close to the other customers so thats a big plus. The service was great and we didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks even with the place being packed. Put your reservations in weeks before you plan to go because they will be booked. We'll be planning another trip soon.

Didn't realize what this spot was till we walked in. Me and a friend sat at the bar for a quick lunch. Food and drinks were really good at a great price. If you go in early it's basically Happy hour for everything. I guess around seven the shows start happening but that's not my thing and I'd it's not yours either just go there early in the day. If it is your thing go later on. People were nice and welcoming.

Went for Ham-Bingo to support The Rescue Project. Had a blast! The Burger of the day was the Luna Burger- chicken, pineapple, jalapeño and spicy sauce. It was so good!! Adult beverages were amazing. Our waiter was so good! I never caught his name, but he's been the best server I've had in a while. Keep up the fantastic work!

Honestly a bit of a disappointment. Didn’t know there weren’t food ordering options, just a pretty bland, hotel style buffet that cost $20 per person. Service was okay, we had a drink sit empty for over an hour and got charged for things we didn’t order. They did not offer a receipt, just asked for your payment, so we didn’t know what had been charged until we had the option to send a receipt after payment. The show had some good performers, but the host seemed annoyed to be there. The energy just wasn’t what we were expecting. Maybe it was an off day, but either, don’t plan on ordering what you want, and plan on wanting to eat a better meal later.

Great bar that celebrates drag queens. We had a group of three, everyone ate food and had about 3 drinks each. Our total was around $160 for everything. The only let down was the ‘Big Daddy Blue balls’ drink was disgusting. The show was amazing and the queens were incredible. The tables are very close together, but everything is sparkling clean.

Amazing night at the Merry Swiftmas event! The food was awesome, drinks were yummy, but the performances amazing. It was my first time at a drag show and it rocked. Will definitely come back.

Looking for the perfect place to take your mind off the troubles of the world? This is the right place to go! The staff and performers were an absolute blast to be around, and if you come on a bingo Wednesday you will have a lot of fun while being able to raise money for a good cause!

Was invited to join my wife's family for trivia night last week. Being a first-timer, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but we had an absolute blast! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and the food was excellent! The trivia host ("Beans", maybe?) was very entertaining and made the whole experience that much better. I'm rarely in this part of the city but next time I'm in the area we'll definitely be back for one of those delicious burgers! Would definitely recommend others check it out!

Decent food, fried Mac & cheese was good. Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich was so-so. Tater-tots with chili/cheese/onions was good. Drag Queens were great! It was just very loud, and our table was right behind a pillar and a tied up curtain that blocked the view of the stage. The extremely loud atmosphere and inability to see the show caused us to ultimately leave without finishing the show. Expect to spend quite a bit when you go as there is a $15+ minimum to be spent while at the show, not including the $3.99+ charge PER PERSON during the show, and you’re expected to tip each Drag Queen. Love the concept and would try to go again, but would refuse to be sat where we were sat.

Really wanted to like this place, but it just wasn't the best imo. Show was at 9pm and we could go at 8:30 to eat dinner first. They wouldn't let us in at 8:30 because they were cleaning up from the group before. We were not allowed to wait inside which sucked cause it was freezing outside. They finally let us in at 8:52. Took forever to get our food ordered and food because there was only 1 waiter for all the tables (were at least 6 tables). I ordered a salad and paid $4 extra for chicken to be in it and they barely put any in it. The balsamic dressing tasted like BBQ sauce... I couldn't even finish the salad, the taste of that dressing was so bad. So by that time I was starving.. I ordered some dessert and it never came 😫 I asked the waiter about it after waiting for him to come over to the table for 30 minutes, and he said the kitchen was closed. The show itself was good, very talented people! The host was exceptional. Great personality, energy, could do the splits!! Only thing I wish I had done was bring earplugs.. the music was much much too loud and with earplugs you'd still be able to hear it quite well and enjoy without having your eardrums burst.

I’ve been to a bunch of Hamburger Mary’s and this one has legitimately great burgers. The bar also does not mess around. But really the drag show was way, way better than I expected- everyone was so strong. Will definitely return next time I’m in KC.

Fun atmosphere for all walks of life. Food was good but burgers were overcooked. And server could have been more attentive. Will still go back and give it another go.

My daughter celebrated her 18th birthday with 5 of her friend on Sunday. She came home saying she had a blast and was so glad that she chose to do that. The staff were wonderful. They made her part of the show And even engaged with her afterwards. Thank you for making this important birthday momentous for her. And as for service she said the food was great the drinks were delicious and everyone was very helpful.

We are originally from Chicagoland area and they unfortunately shut down all our Hamburger Mary's up north. So when we came to Kansas City for a workshop, imagine our excitement that they still existed!! We went to the brunch and we had so much fun! The Captain Mary's drink was superb! Best drink ever! We only had the buffet for the meal, but still worth it! Great atmosphere and great time! Looking forward to next year! thanks again!!

Came here for lunch to celebrate my birthday and the place was empty! We were the only people in there and the service was great. Our server Brian was so sweet and very attentive. On top of the great service the food was very good. The best part was the fried Twinkie I was given at the end of my meal! Will definitely be back!

Not good. Made reservations for 1:00. Waited outside but that was no issue. What was is when they seated us they put us in the far corner where you couldn't see the stage. We also told the person checking us in it was my birthday. Very dissatisfied. We left. Went and having fun somewhere else.

Always a fun atmosphere, and of course I love that they host Bingo Nights to help raise money for local animal rescue organizations. The food is acceptable bar-and-grill fare, the drinks are okay though I wish there was at least a little broader wine selection, and the servers were pleasant and attentive.

I had a great time. It was my birthday, we went to the charity bingo. The food was good, the only complaint I had was that they put the 4 of us at a tiny table ment for 2 people. We had to juggle our food and drinks and find a place for our bingo cards. Other than that it was great fun. I will definitely go back.

We had a blast! We saw the dinner show and did karaoke after. Our server was slammed, but still got to us and everyone else quickly and everything was spot on. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the entrainment was on point!

Our 3 burgers were all wrong. We ordered parmesan truffle fries for extra and we had to ask for them. Nothing was right. When I complained, the server said "Life is tough" Just because it's a DRAG QUEEN bar doesn't mean they can't get it right or give us such a nasty attitude.

We love it here. It’s a safe space for LGBTQ+, and always lots of fun regardless of how you identify! The food and drinks are both so good!
