Don’t bother. Tried to return £7 worth of mushroom keeps within the 14 day period and got refused by the bloke at the till. Pathetic really as I was planning of making these guys one of our main suppliers and you’d think they use common sense and look after existing and potentially future customers. Will not be spending another penny here.

Had an unfortunate fault with my first order from this company cost me half a days work on Saturday to replace the faulty item at no cost of course to my customer. Thought perhaps as my first order they might replace without issue but apparently just wanted me to return the item so it could be examined. First and last order from these people. Ste

I'd give 5 stars for the stock however customer service is shockingly bad.always incompetent, massive waiting times for simple things. Today I walked out because I got served after 15 minutes. 3 staff bringing out orders and x1 staff writing up and taking payments. There were 5 people in front of me waiting to pay and there was x3 staff in the back, young lads arguing about helping on the front desk. They looked a little dim. I'll never use this place again until they sort out the staff incompetence

Steer clear worse customer service ever encountered rude staff on phone won't accept refund for faulty item sent out that failed within three days of fitting tried to blame me when I have been fitting the same from other suppliers for 20 years without any problems. Just dreadful company never deal with them again

Identified a broken, unbranded, 23-year old 4-roller UPVC door lock and conjured a replacement for it in under 5 minutes.

Great place for those little hard to find bits and pieces . Great for doors and window spares

I needed a multi point lock for a UPVC back door. I tried local providers but they were unable to tel me which of a range of options was the correct one. However, a local lock smith recommended Northwest Hardware, so I contacted them and they asked for photos, which i sent. They asked for some additional info including specific measurements and at the end of some To- ing and Fro-ing they referred me to a specific lock on their web site. I purchased this on their advice and it arrived today. It was the correct one, fitted fine and was a fraction of the price others were quoting. I am so impressed. Thanks Guys.
