My rabbit was having an emergency and I was able to get an appointment only an hour later. The vets are beyond nice and helpful and truly care that the animals get better, the price of medication and vaccines is also fair and not expensive. I'm really grateful to have such a good clinic near me.

I have counted on my call log that i have had to ring 20 times since September alone as Winnie just loves being sick/injured! Each time I've rang (usually in a frantic, hyperventilating, crying state) the receptionists have been amazing. It doesn't matter what time i call there is ALWAYS space made to accommodate seeing Winnie and the staff are always amazing with her. After a visit to the emergency vets Thursday evening i called Friday morning expecting to have to book for an xray in a weeks+ time, but Winnie was prioritised and rushed straight in for xrays and emergency surgery with no hesitation. The receptionists always go out of their way to call me to ask how she is a few days later which just proves how much they genuinely care about the pets they look after. Able to get in the same day, and they were very reassuring and kind. I was rather upset because my cat had a rather large lump and I was fearing the worse, but they took great care of him. He doesn't want to go back anytime soon but that's just cause he doesn't like the haircut they gave him.

If you have a pet, you will need an excellent vets. Look no further, you have found one. Vets 4 Pets in Alsager is outstanding. All of the staff, including the owner Carl, are totally professional and truly do care about the animals. Your pet and its health are their priority. Can't recommend highly enough. Got an appointment the same day. The female vet was absolutely amazing and a credit to the practice. Happy & smiley. Looked after my little Ernie & gave lots of great feedback to me. Receptionist was wonderful aswell. Thank you 🙏
