Well
after
posting
a
lovely
review
a
few
months
ago,
I'm
sad
to
say
it's
all
gone
down
hill
after
today's
visit.
We
arrived
all
ready
for
our
carvery,
like
we
have
nearly
ever
week
for
the
last
12
months.
We
was
greeted
by
the
front
of
house
staff,
after
arriving
to
our
table
we
was
told
the
latte
machine
wasn't
working.
There
was
coffee
available
via
a
over
large
kettle,
we
was
sarcastically
told
that
we
could
go
over
and
make
our
own
!!
If
we
wanted
one.
My
friend
asked
if
she
could
have
a
fresh
orange
juice,
she
was
told
this
also
wasn't
available.
She
sarcasticlly
was
offered
orange
cordial
instead,
this
was
from
the
front
of
house
staff.
Now
we
decided
to
move
on
from
this
and
Que
Up
for
our
carvery,
what
a
mistake.
The
beef
&
gammon
was
raw
the
roast
potatoes
were
hard,
the
gravy
was
very
watery.
We
ended
up
leaving
our
meals
giving
up,
paying
for
our
meals
and
just
leaving.
It
was
my
Birthday
yesterday
&
my
Wedding
Anniversary
today,
what
a
disaster
this
turned
out
to
be.
We
have
been
coming
to
this
carvery
most
weeks
for
over
12
months,
BUT
we're
now
sadly
thinking
this
maybe
our
last
time.
It's
my
first
time
I've
left
a
restaurant
still
feeling
hungry,
it's
just
a
complete
shambles
really.
I'd
like
to
Michelle
and
her
colleague
in
the
black
shirt
(
I
didn't
catch
her
name
)
as
usually
they
were
both
lovely
and
a
credit
to
the
company.
I'd
like
to
say
with
this
review
I'm
not
looking
for
a
free
meal
or
money
off
vouchers
as
I
won't
be
returning.
I'm
not
looking
for
the
usual
bog
standard
message
from
the
owner,
but
I'm
guessing
that's
what
I'll
get.
I
just
wanted
a
lovely
Birthday
and
wedding
anniversary
meal.
