We stupidly Didnt book, but the owner let us jump on inbetween. Great price and a tricky but nice course. Tricky because you can end up playing on a slope if every shot isnt perfect which rarely is for me, also it's a mature course so rough means rough

Good little course, staff happy to let me pay and play without booking for a very reasonable green fee (£10). Course was in fair condition but greens were fantastic and the layout is quite challenging. Well recommended for a quick knock.

First time visiting and first time playing for quite a while but the course was great, well maintained and a good variety of challenges. Bar looked great, I just didn't have time to stay this visit🤣

Footgolf: great day out playing footgolf. Very good 9 hole course wasn't too wet even though it had rained the night before. Only suggestion is that the path running next to it is fenced off. My ball went down there twice and was a struggle to get back up haha.

We don’t play golf however we love to come here during our walks with the dogs and sit in the beer garden and have a drink! Great staff & everyone is friendly

Nice little course for mid to high handicappers, easy on the legs as its relatively flat, the different tee boxes on most holes keeps it interesting on the back 9. The greens were pretty good on the whole especially for the time of year. The only let down was the fairways, there a little bare in places and the odd tee box was a mess but again probably the time of year.

Quite a good course for the price Greens are usually well kept. The course is not ghe most challenging but there are some really good holes that make you think about your shot.

Much better course than it used to be as looked after much better. Fairways still not the best but playable! Not the most challenging, only 9 holes but well worth the price.

Maintenance could be better. Course is a 9 hole size but tries to be a 9 or 18, causing holes to cross paths. As a 9, it is worth the very reasonable price of £12.

👍👍 Return visit to City of Wakefield. Terrible rain but the course held up very well and in good condition. Welcoming staff and good food. Looking forward to going back again soon.
