I have just arrived back from four days Loch Lomond and Ayrshire coast trip and our driver JAMIE was an absolute gem.. he was polite, patient with older passengers, funny, and made our journeys safe and enjoyable.. Just been on a weekend trip to Amsterdam with Ross Travel and had a fantastic time. Just got back from a weekend trip to London to see a show. Both drivers (Richard and Jamie) were excellent and despite road closures and traffic in and around London on Saturday evening, were able to get us to our show on time. Could not have asked for two better drivers :)

As always, brilliant service from Ross Travel when Graham took our party of people living with dementia and their carers to Bridlington for the day was no exception. Lovely, clean bus and Graham is a perfect gentleman, extremely helpful and caring.

Booked the Liverpool Anfield Tour with National Holidays but due 2 lack of coaches Ross Travel took a group of us. Jamie the driver was fab, the coach was clean and comfortable, the Anfield tour was amazing. Once again thanks to Jamie and Ross Travel.

Our Group Friends of Featherstone Library have been using Ross Coaches for the past 12 months. From booking with the lovely ladies to getting on the coach each time has been brilliant. Nice clean coach, friendly driver ,but had no idea we would be spending 2 hours in Buxton before barge trip. If we had known would of taking sister-in-laws walking frames ,also cream tea little let down no cake no choice of scone .just a little more information about trip would help in future .

Had a great day out in the Dales with our group of elderly people, courtesy of Ross Travel. The coach was excellent: clean, modern, comfortable and equipped with toilet and accessible hoist. Just been on my 2nd Day trip now with Ross Travel Group , I can highly recommend this coach company as my very first Day trip in march this year 2 Bridlington. was excellent from getting on coach 2 getting off coach at end of the day I could not fault it seats are very comfortable and our Driver Steven was just perfect. also met another member of staff on this trip shelley they made me feel so welcome and very polite and friendly I really enjoyed myself and on my 2nd day trip this month, 2 Blackpool again we had Steven our Driver again and once again excellent service from getting on coach to getting back of end of the day I can highly recommend them as they go above and beyond 2 make your trip so enjoyable excellent Driver Steven and staff member shelley I will keep using these guys as best in West Yorkshire. 🙂🙂👏🏼👏🏼👍👍

Went on the Judith Mary Christmas cruise in Buxton ..had a lovely day despite the rain..had a lovely Christmas tea on the barge and our driver mark was very helpful Highly recommend 😊

Pleasant journey to and from London for a theatre break weekend, some problems occurred not really down to the drivers but handled well by them. Two drivers; Jamie and Richard did their jobs well but Jamie at times was quite rude and unpleasant towards Richard which was quite uncalled for as Richard in our minds was the better driver and more professional of the two.

Just arrived back from the Isle of Man with Ross Travel, we booked through Shearings but they sub contracted to Ross Travel, very smart bus and our driver come tour guide Paul was amazing, very knowledgeable and passionate about the Island and his passengers. We had a few issues whilst away with people falling but Paul jumped to their aid and got help when needed. Thanks.

Ross Travel was brilliant. Our driver Ian was professional and also a great laugh and had fun. We had 5 days to organise another coach for 30 people as Spire Coach and Limousine Hire let us down 5 days before the wedding. Ross Travel came in and got things sorted very quickly for us which was fantastic as you could imagine the pressure and stress of organising things the final week before the wedding. So thank you to Ross Travel for helping me out and making things very smooth and easy and not letting us down. Would highly recommend.

Last year our amputee charity,Out on a Limb, took trips out for the first time since the COVID pandemic. We took two trips with Ross Travel using a wheelchair accessible coach. The staff at all levels were very helpful. We enjoyed the experience of using the company so much that we have booked our three trip for this year through them already. Paul

Jamie and Ian drove us to London for the Pro Palestinian Demonstration yesterday. The guys were both very welcoming and made us all laugh. They were both genuinely friendly and their light hearted banter made the 4/5 hour journey quite fun. They had the patience of a Saint especially when a handful of people turned up late, much later than was expected and they were so chilled out about it. Although the rest of could have throttled them, I say in jest of course. If we ever travel again, I hope these guys are our drivers because then we're guaranteed of a fun journey. They should be awarded 'Drivers of the Month' if there is such a thing! Tabby

Just come back from Skegness and must compliment the driver Steve who was a marvellous ambassador of Ross Travel he couldn't do enough for us always going above what was expected of him. Many thanks will definitely travel with Ross again.
