Absolutely terrible Company. They do not carry out your wishes and they deceive you. A normal service was required of which Alan Clegg confirmed but was not carried out. Instead they went against my step-fathers wishes of a normal service by giving him a “Requiem Mass” of which he did not want and this was stipulated many times.My Step-father had stopped going to church 2 years ago and did not want a requiem mass. Alan appeared extremely rude,loud and uncooperative over the telephone to myself and my mother and very unprofessional in his telephone manner as he did not consider my mothers wishes also of which she had absolute right as the Spouse of the Deceased to organise the funeral with being Wife,Executor and Trustee.Awful experience and terrible service from Alan. He has also recommended certain Solicitors to challenge the Will on behalf of the other party of which Caroline Chamberlain is in question as to whether she is related to any of the funeral directors. It all seems very dodgy indeed. Alan said he would speak to the other party so that my mum would have some of the ashes of her late husband of which he ignored and so we feel that this company has truly let us down and is only a business for MONEY and not for the interest of the families or the deceased’s interest.

I would like to thank Ian and all the team at Graham J Clegg for the beautiful funeral they organised for my brother Anthony who passed away suddenly last month. My brother had a Golden Charter Plan which was 15 years old, this covered all the major funeral costs. We were able to add to this and personalise aspects of the funeral. Their attention to detail really made a difference. The help and support we received from them was invaluable, nothing was too much trouble. They organised everything from start to finish, they were very professional and courteous. They made everything seamless and stress free for us at a very difficult time. We are extremely grateful for everything and the exemplary service we received.

Graham Clegg took care of my dads funeral service 20 years ago, unfortunately my mum recently passed away and again Graham Clegg offered an excellent smooth service at such a difficult time. I cannot recommend or sing the praises of this company highly enough. The service is exemplary. This was the first time we'd had to arrange a funeral and within a couple of minutes Alan had put us at ease. He kept us informed at every step and even managed to get us an earlier day for the crematorium service which really helped us out. He has made a potentially daunting process feel effortless on our part and he pulled one out of the bag for us with Debi the celebrant, who was perfect. My mum recently passed away and we used the services of Graham J Clegg. We were very happy with the overall service, the staff were so kind, respectful and helpful. We used their services 5 years ago for my dads funeral which is why we used them again. We cannot praise them highly enough, they are very good.

Unfortunately had two family funerals in less than two months. Attended my brother's funeral first.
