Terrible. DO NOT JOIN. The trainers broke my daughter's ankle and then had no idea how to care for it. Within five days of training, they were making her do extreme grappling with someone experienced. They really don't know anything.

If you are somebody who suffers from inferiority complex, mental illnesses, or are afraid to step out because you don't feel your body is the right type, then is the perfect place for you. I have suffered all these for a long time and joining mma classes here changed the reality for me. Apart from building strength, I have been able to level up my confidence and attitude as well. I highly recommend this place. They have the most professional and well trained faculty. Do join!!

Do not join under any circumstance. The so called trainers have no idea what they are doing. They don't have basic knowledge of a human body let alone teaching anyone how to fight. Would give negative stars if it was possible. Also, the entire place smells like bathroom.

It really a nice Institute and as I am taking mma class and with my experience I can tell that they are giving proper attention and training I am totally satisfied with there teaching 🤗✌
