*Disclaimer- I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews for places unless really necessary, but I’m at a loss. This is on behalf of my parents, and sister who were dining at Luongs a few days ago. They ordered dinner for 3 or 4, and when the waitress brought out the food, all was going well until she spilled the entire metal dish of spare ribs all over the table and my dad, mom, and sister. This dish was fresh from the kitchen- so extremely hot! Obviously it hurt them, not to mention they were all covered in sticky greasy sauce. I understand accidents happen, but the real problem lies with how it was handled. The waitress did not apologize/ask if they were ok, she did not move them to a clean table- she just wiped it off the table and floor and brought them more ribs, she also did not offer them any other napkins to clean the mess off of themselves. At the end of the dinner, no action was taken as an apology - no discount, no verbal apology, nothing! As my family was standing there paying the full bill covered in their food! My parents could have caused a scene but chose not to, hoping that someone, anyone there would do the right thing, and try to make amends for this terrible accident.

We recently moved into town and got to experience Luong's for the first time. We really enjoy the Won Ton soup, fried rice, sweet & sour chicken. Service did not disappoint and we have used take out since.

Great food and amazing portions.

Nice authentic restaurant) we were having a menu for 2 - it contains 2 eggs rolls, 3 big dishes and cookies) it was delicious! But we couldn't finish it😅 so we took it "to go". The personal was nice and warmly welcome)I definitely can recommend Luong's restaurant for visitors 👍🏻

The online menu prices are inaccurate. I ordered 2 wonton soups and it was 20$. I asked for two spoons and was given a pamphlet about genocide in Burma. I asked again for two spoons and soya sauce and was given two forks. I’m just going to avoid this place and make my own soup from now on.

Really like their food. Prices are a bit high, but the food is quality

It was ok. No vegan/vegetarian options unless you want steamed veggies with soy sauce. My boyfriend ate very well and was happy with his chicken meal though.

The food was not the same. Asked for hot sweet and sour soup got ordinary, then ordered # 3 menu with exchange of sweet & sour shrimp for Chicken ding got chicken ding , rice and egg roll but had to ask after 10 min. Being served why I didn't get spareibs. Finally brought them then brought us our bill and I asked if I could have glass of water. The service just was not there. I really was looking forward to go and eat there but now will not return there. Sorry

Small portions of vegetables. Tasteless, no garlic, ginger, nothing. Too much rice and clumpy. Not a good place to eat. But the waitress was pleasant.

One of the best places I've had a chance to eat at. Food is fresh and tasty and staff are very friendly.

The chef and owner is pretty amazing here. He makes everything from scratch including the plum sauce. A rarity in Chinese dining.

Brest service and good food. Very reasonable prices

We've eaten here twice now on our trips back and forth from the city and had the same server both times, an older lady with no personality. Both times she never came back to check up on us and and only paid attention when we stood up to go to the cash to pay our bill vs bring it to the table for us. I had to go to the cash both times to ask for a togo container and even then she didn't take the hint that we were done to bring us our bills. They don't seem to keep the drinks for kids stocked. The food is only ok, I've definitely had better. Don't think I'll be giving it another try.

First time visiting, was highly recommended to me and will definitely be back. If you ever visit Shelburne, you have to go here. The atmosphere and staff are the best.
