I
don't
like
Pilates,
but
have
taken
many
of
the
other
classes
here.
Boot
camp
&
many
other
classes
are
self
paced
were
you
often
do
as
many
reps
as
you
can
in
a
certain
time
frame,
therefore,
not
trying
to
keep
up
with
anyone
who
is
more
advanced
than
you.
I
feel
the
trainers
are
aware
of
your
level
and
do
not
overexert
you.
They
are
sensitive
to
injuries.
Most
of
the
people
in
my
classes
are
30+
and
are
looking
to
stay
in
shape
but
are
not
serious
body
building/
hard
core
work
out
type
of
people.
I
would
highly
recommend
to
anyone!
