Traveling from Canada, our car obsessed son has been gearing up for a visit to this place. Our visit here did not disappoint either. We came the first weekend in December, and it was tremendous. They had a very good organist playing Christmas carols on their incredible organ. The cars were so cool. Very unique kinds here too. Some that I've never seen or heard of. Truly an amazing collection. The gentlemen that volunteer here are so knowledgeable and helpful too. Make sure when you visit to leave a donation as it's a free museum. We'll definitely be back sometime to visit. 5/5. Follow me for more reviews, tips or photos. ✌🏻

What a fun and beautiful place to visit! So much history under one roof! So much to see and learn. Really had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who likes museums, old cars, and music.

On my bucket list for 10 years. Why did I wait? The place is incredible. Loved the cars, and amazed by the musical machines. Blown away. The many docent volunteers were great. It won't be 10 years before I go back.

This museum is amazing! You don’t need to be a car buff to enjoy it (I am not and I was fascinated). There were so many amazing cars from the past and a roomful of calliopes and old music players of all types. The owner opens his collection to the public on a limited basis so check the times before you go but definitely GO! They even have a Tucker in the collection! There are a large group of very friendly, knowledgeable people who will tell you all you want to know about the collection and they play most of the music players for you! And it’s a free museum. It’s so kind of the owner to share this with the public.

What a fantastic collection of unique vehicles in excellent condition. Many old cars from the early days of automobiles. There is also an amazing array of functional auto-playing musical instruments from violins to a Wurlitzer theater organ. Notice the open hours, they are very limited.

An absolute gem! Our first time visiting Feb 2024 definitely won't be the last. So well put together. I was pleasantly surprised Stepping in to see the music machines and then into the cars display I was awe struck and the volunteers so helpful, knowledgeable and nice! Thank you for a great time!!!

This place is worth visiting just for the amazing collection of cars but there is so much more here. From unique vacuum operated musical machines to Detroit area advertising nostalgia. Don't let the size.of the building fool you, you can easily spend several hours here and still not see it all.

Such an amazing experience, many great cars, fabulous musical instruments. You can also get much closer to the cars than most other museums, which is great. Highly recommend going if you are in the area!

If I could give 19 stars i would! Why did I wait so long to go here! Greeted by some awesome volunteers ,at the door who helped me sign in on their tablets. I was told all the docents are volunteers, and they were so kind and informative, glad to see a few gals there too! What a collection of cars, music machines and even an old Big Boy soda fountain. Can’t wait to bring some friends with me next time. Thanks for sharing this collection with the public!

This place is amazing. How did I not know this was here?!? So much to see I spent about an hour here but could have easily stayed longer. Curators are a wealth of knowledge and available if you want more info but not pushy. Please leave a donation as it’s well deserved and worth it!

Unbelievably great place. Far more then just classic cars. Check the web site and go. Free admission but make a generous donation for a man preserving so much history

It's a compact collection but what it does have is exquisite. When I heard they acquired a genuine screen-used Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, I made it a priority to visit, and I was not disappointed. The business hours are limited but admission is entirely free (donations encouraged; I obliged). Highly recommend.

Was AMAZING. Well worth visiting. Nicely set up to view all vehicles. Some I have not seen before or heard of. Beautiful decorations of automotive memorabilia plus music. Self playing musical machines I never seen before either. Enjoyed to music that was played. It's a definite must see and make a generous donation. Lots of volunteers to talk about items and play some of the musical machines. I got tons of photos. I'm glad someone recommended it.

This place is nothing short of amazing!! A true hidden gem it seems. A friend suggested I should check it out. I finally did after living less than 5 miles away for 5 years. Took the grandkids (11, 8 years) and we all had a great time! Being from the Flint and Detroit area my entire life, I have seen my share of beautiful motorized vehicles...from the very first made, well over a century ago, to ones right off the line. So I wasn't expecting to see anything I hadn't seen before. I could not have been more wrong! It's musical and truly magical and I will definitely be going back soon. It doesn't even matter that you can't touch. Seeing and listening was perfect! And everything actually works and the wonderful people who work there are excited to explain and demonstrate anything. There were friendly crew members everywhere that were all awesome with the kids as well as the adults. Thank you Stahls for the wonderful afternoon!

We absolutely loved our experience at the Veterans Day event at Stahls! They have so much to see. The classic cars are beautiful and the workers were friendly. They also have lots of other interesting classic pieces. Although there is a lot of construction around the area, it is worth going. Make sure to follow the map on their website. My GPS was wrong.

👍👍 What an amazing place to catch a sunrise! I was lucky enough to replace all the windows and doors for the community building there on site. While we there working, a lot of folks came to catch a sunrise. If I lived closer I would take full advantage of the services of this park. Come check it out!!!...
