I had an okay massage, but a very rude greeting I called lily blue earlier in the day and they indicated that I could come in at a specific time for 90 minutes. They didn’t take my name or number. When I arrived they weren’t expecting me. Only one staff was ther and she was rude and said only 60 minutes. I offered to cancel, but she relaxed. After I was paying cash, I didn’t have enough for their mandatory 30% tip so put on a credit card, which had another charge. Massage was fine service was poor. I usually don’t do reviews, but will not go back.

I just had my first massage at Blue Lily of many more to come. I’ve been to many massage spas and I will say that this one is definitely in my top two list. I stopped by yesterday to check the place out before making an appointment because I just moved into the neighborhood and was hoping for a new spa close to home. Well I think I hit the jackpot. When I entered the ladies in the front were very welcoming. Michelle walked me around and showed me the rooms. I couldn’t stay, but I came back today and it was fabulous! I have serious tension in my neck and shoulder blades and I came out feeling amazing and relaxed. Michelle made sure to hit all of the problem areas and absolutely knew what she was doing. The atmosphere is fantastic too. Can’t wait for my next visit!

More than just a store front, Cindy and Michelle know massage. One could expect a basic or "less-than" massage from the looks of this simple but clean studio, but that expectation is much too low. With my needing some targeted work due to specific areas of need, my wife found Blue Lilly and booked the couples' room. Once on the tables, it was quickly evident to us both that the therapists knew their trade well. With little or no prompting from me, Michelle found several areas needing attention, used several methods to reduce to inflammation, and seem to know how "hard" to work each one--enough to really get to the problem but not so much to make me jump off the table. Other areas were worked moderately and sufficiently (where I've seen others just uselessly go through the motions). Additionally, they both used some unique methods (sim. to a Thai massage) that worked well during our 60 minute treatment. Blue Lilly was a fortunate find and is now our go-to place for treating the aches and pains whenever we're in the area. Highly recommended.

Great massage. I felt like a noodle (in a good way) by the time I walked out. Messaging them to make an appointment was easy. Pressure was good and she really worked on the knots in my back.

I went in today for a prenatal massage this was my first massage too it was the best! I had Michelle and she was so nice and did very good with the massage and made me feel comfortable! Will definitely be back!

I have been visiting Blue Lily Massage now for several months. I had back surgery, and had my L3, L4, and L5 discs replaced a few years ago so there are times my lower back and back in general are really in pain and I often get muscle spasms. I have worked with a couple of therapists there, but Michelle is the one who is best able to pinpoint my trouble spots and really get my back to release and relax. I like a strong massage and she is able to apply pressure to separate the tissue and relieve my pain. Whether using her hands or her feet while walking on you, she has a phenomenal touch and id is able to really zero in on the problem areas to relieve pain and tension. The Spa is extremely clean and very friendly and works with both male and female clientele. It is the best massage therapy I have found in the Arroyo Grande area, and I highly recommend them.

Extremely therapeutic and carefully done. I recently injured my shoulder and even with PT things were not right. Jill read body' needs and work to bring my body back to homeostasis. Jill intuitively identified my issues and worked to bring healing. Wish I was not from out of town so, I can use her again! Next time I am in town, I will be using her again!! Was in the area for a few weeks. Michelle worked wonders with her deep tissue massage working out the knots and heaven knows what from my back/shoulder area. For all you desk-bound-laptop folks... treat yourself. Friendly, clean, comfortable place.

Great experience after a long flight! Michelle was a wonderful masseuse! Michelle helped a lot. My left ankle was injured before, and I have cervical spine issues. Michelle helped me to feel much better and taught me how to stretch at home. Amazing!

Michelle was a wonderful masseuse! After my first visit with Michelle my hip joint and hip flexor feel significantly better. I had done 4 sessions of physical therapy previously and still had pain. Michelle knew exactly what do and alleviated the joint pain . I will definitely be returning for another visit !

Called to make a couples massage appointment and was told nothing was available but were able to get us in back to back. While my husband was getting his massage 3 men walked in with no appointment and were taking back after saying they were walk ins to the woman coming to welcome. I brought it up to one gal and she laughed and walked to the back. Okay. I get my massage and it’s barely ok. I asked for focus areas and those seemed to be the most neglected areas. I come out feeling tense and now annoyed. As we were driving away my husband told me he was forced to write a review in front of several of the staff members and give a high tip. So that explained the 5 star reviews.

Just had a 30 min. massage with Lisa that was excellent. Went in for the chair massage (saw a sign while leaving UPS store). Lisa upsold me to the table massage and I'm glad she did.

I got an ok massage. Was pretty expensive and I asked specifically for foot massage and they didn’t do my feet but last couple minutes. I won’t be back. I was goi g to leave a cash tip but didn’t have enough so I put in some tip on the cc and before I could get my cash out to give her she got aggressive and asked me why I was only leaving her that much. Did I not like massage. It was an 80.00 massage. I had another 10.00 plus my tip but after she was so rude I didn’t even want to give to her. I won’t be back.
