we ordered two beds, four bedside tables and two wardrobes, the beside tables built fine and the beds built fine but the wardrobes began falling apart as we were building them, and when we finished building one and tried to move it a couple centimeters, it completely broke. I would not in the slightest recommend buying wardrobes from here, they are flimsy and you have to build them EXACTLY where you want them to be, making them pointless in smaller rooms. I want my money back for these stupid wardrobes, we paid close to $500 EACH! such a waste of money and of an entire weekend.

Very bad experience with them, definitely not recommend. I have ordered a bunk bed for my kids and have been told it will arrive within 3 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks I am waiting for it, and when ever I ring them they tells lies and making stories about arriving time, making falls statements I prefer IKEA over them I have not received what I have ordered, I have verbally ordered grey colour bunk for my kids. I didn’t see the receipt that time but they lady ordered she assures it will be grey colour or. When I spoke to manager he hanged up these phone and was soo rude, definitely not a great experience

Went online and did a click and collect purchase. It was the easiest shopping experience I've ever had with a furniture store. The only improvement could have been where to actually collect the item from. I actually had to call the store to find out if I had to collect from inside the store or back dock. No big issue, but handy to know before arrival when you have kids and don't want to drag them in and out of the car. Collection was easy and quick!

Very friendly staff - even helping to carry things to car. Decent range at low prices, although obviously you get what you pay for! They had lots of different soft furnishings if you just want to refresh your house a bit. Easy parking.
