The middle aged white lady was not very welcoming and came across rude and racists like as if all our requests (reasonably might I add) we're an inconvenience to her. Only the south American looking young lady was very kind and helpful. Will not be returning or recommending the place to anyone.

Stayed here for a few nights to work out of Dapto. The room was outdated from the bathroom, to the curtains & bedsheets. I felt a little itchy the next day, not sure whether I was just paranoid or not but I wasn’t ecstatic about the carpet / overall hygiene of the room. Positives were the location, accessibility to places as well as the pool.

Worst place I've ever stayed!! Booked and paid for two nights but after the first night I couldn't get the putrid taste and smell out of my mouth all day.. Tha WiFi was almost non existent. I collected my thing's and left to find another motel.. Ver smelly and dirty. Old mouldy bathroom and dirty carpet. Definitely don't stay here..

Where do I start, we booked a twin room with a double bed and single only to get a double bed. Kitchen facilities are a kettle and toaster and cups you can’t use for coffee. Nothing else around there, a good 10min drive to shops. Photos look nothing like it is. Definitely a kiss for next time.

Room was large, but there was no kitchenette to wash dishes or to fill the tiny water jug in the fridge. The microwave was straight out of the 1970s with turn dial included. The staff were friendly enough when available. The bed had bedbugs. Prices at the restaurant were high. The wifi was slow and unusable, not fit for business or personal use. Overall the $780 for the 4 nights stayed over Christmas was not worth the accommodation.

Great little motel. The rooms were a bit dated but the staff were super friendly and accommodating with our requests. Made our short stay very enjoyable.

Amazing food, a relaxing pool area the kids didn't want to leave and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is next to the beach cafes and clubs and only a short drive to Jamberoo recreation park. We will definetly be staying here again when we are back down on holidays next.

I great hidden little secret in Shellharbour. We were passing through and found this place to stop and rest. Quiet, nice pool (We took advantage of), and even enjoyed the rom service for dinner and desert. All for reasonable rates. Recommended if you want good service and peace and quiet

Felt welcomed on arrival, room looked freshly refurbished, very clean, environmentally friendly toiletries. Backs onto lovely bushland.

It was alright. Style and amenities very outdated. It was about as much as can be expected for a place and price like this though. Didn’t dare to use the kettle. Have to travel a bit for good food options. Short walk to the beach.

We have been visiting every few weeks for mountain bike races at GV… We LOVE ❤️ this place, the rooms are really simple but practical, it’s very clean and affordable and the owners are super friendly, and very accomodating.

Make sure you search the name of this resort on Google Map ... becoz the GPS will guide you to the wrong place if you search by it's address. The Front Desk is not very helpful when I called her for direction after I was lost. It's restaurant is closed for renovation & this resort is sitting on nowhere near anything within walking distance. Again the Front Desk is not very helpful making recommendation re where to eat. It's swimming pool is located between the highway & the resort ... which is an odd place to be becoz it is not quiet neither private. Quite discouraging. The room is good sized & clean nonetheless "not new". Got more TV channels than the usual which is nice. They always left the window towards the highway opened. So if you're bother by the noise, go check your windows & close them. If you prefer fresh air than A/C you can keep the bathroom's window open instead. Works well for me. There's no extra blanket in the room. So if you're feeling cold, the only thing that could save you is the A/C. Whether I would stay here again next time I'm in town ? ... may be. After all it is NOT the best nor the worst place I've been to at similar price range in the neighborhood.

A place to lay your head. Resturant Food, well ..... sorry to say, but not anything to write home about.
