The only place where I get my fish and aquarium supplies, I'm in there so much I'm surprised they still put up with me 😆

Terrible service. I bought two large backpacks with small day packs attached to them. The clips were so tight the small packs could not be takes off. Stiff zippers that did not slide easily. The goods were faulty. I had to pay at great cost all postage charges to return. Do not buy from their store. Dreadful experience.

I shop regularly at the aquarium side of the store. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and are keen to offer advice to the beginner and experienced hobbyist alike. They have a wide range of fish and dry products. Would recommend this aquarium store to anyone looking to get into the hobby or the more advanced hobbyist.

I only discovered this Fishing Supplies/Aquarium store through a colleague at work! New fish stock arrives weekly at the end of the week. The staff are friendly, accommodating & knowledgeable- Kim knows her goldfish!

If I could give them a 0 rating i would. I purchased a few different types of fish from here, one of them being red Platys. They had a deal on red platys 10 for $20. After 2 weeks I had not a single one left. I went into the store to explain what had happened and found the staff very unhelpful. The next day I called the store not happy with the response I got and they did not seem to care and when I pushed the issue they said to bring in a sample of water and go from there. I had a feeling that getting the water tested would be an issue and boy was I right. I had done 2 home tests and the water was fine. On my way to the store i stopped at Petbarn and they tested my water and said it was perfect. When I arrived at the store they took my sample and went away and did the test. They came back saying my nitrate was toxic and all my fish will be dying (they are ALL still alive minus the red Platys). This came as a shock as my home tests were fine and I watched the staff member at Petbarn test my water in front of me and there was no issue with the nitrates. When I informed them that I already had my water tested they seemed surprised and offered for me to bring in more water. After leaving the store I took another sample to Fings, Fangs and Feathers and they tested my water not once, but twice infront of me and my water came back perfect. DO NOT trust this store!!!! They love to sell you the fish but if they aren’t good stock will try anything not to replace. Will never be buying from here again!

I have only ever visited the aquarium side of the store. The young lady is always friendly and helpful. Their American cichlid stock is probably the best in the Illawarra area.

Had the most amazing experience here today. We were at the store for easily 2 hours and had an incredible experience with Erin. She was so patient and helpful, and answered every question we had. She did not hesitate to come over and help when she knew we were stuck on something, and she is extremely knowledgable. We learnt so much from her, she was teaching us stuff that we had no idea about and suggested new stuff for our current and new tank. Such a smart, lovely young lady. Definitely will be coming back, and highly recommend to anyone to speak with Erin for any queries. She made our experience so pleasant, I am so happy with how today went and how well mannered and helpful she was. Thank you so much Erin!
