This restaurant's highlight is to serve Nordic cuisine. Therefore, smoked Salmon indeed is the best of Hong Kong so far I had ever. They serve 9 kinds of Salmon platters, including the best I had, is beet root smoked salmon. Fantastic. Yes, the price of dinner there is costy, should be over $500 per head, still worth to dine there during special occasion, with your beloved one. As the environment there is very romantic. They do serve weekend brunch as well, Semi buffet will be served there with all you can eat appetizers and desserts and a main course at your choice, costs around $200. Very cheap indeed.

DISAPPOINTING BRUNCH IN TOWN I've been brunching around this city for long and haven't really visited a place with such a low value brunch. I know what smorgasbord is but with the non refill small portion of the food, $388/person you can go for somewhere with much better value coming with free flow starters or even buffet choices. I used to like Finds a lot, but I would definitely spend my money at FlyingElk than here with better vibe, value and location. *the pictures shown the portion sharing for 3 people

The venison is very good. Love the roasted flavours and the super tender, fish-like texture of the meat!

A pleasant start to a 2 night stay. The beef burgers were juicy (the buns were surprisingly good too) and then there were the perfect fries.. Ended with a bang - vanilla ice cream with crisp mixed berries... No complaints, no complaints. Thank you Restaurant Manager Vicky she was super welcoming.

Not many examples of Nordic Restaurants in Hong Kong. Does a pretty good job as a standard bearer. The food is tasty, with many items, flavours not found elsewhere. Service however has moved on. Diner style service in a restaurant that charges Fine Dining prices.

So the bread was nice My seafood starter was quite good and my tenderloin was juicy and cooked medium. The other three guests I was dining with had their steaks well done and they were quite tough...hard to eat even. Crab cake appetizer was okay, tasted good but not enough crab in our opinion. It's been some time since last dining at Finds and was not disappointed. Located in the Luxe Manor Hotel in TST, Finds brings some real Scandinavian flavours and cooking to Hong Kong. The set menu is pretty good value with a number of choices for everyone. Always enjoy it and will not leave it so long next time around.

Romantic atmosphere, professional staff to introduce each dishes，nice presentation and good portion for social sharing. Chicken is a bit overcooked, not juicy enough for the breast part. Good to have discount by using thrid party apps to reserve table.

We had the weekend brunch, the presentation was interesting but the food was just average. The main dishes (salmon and pork chop) were too salty. The waiters were not attentive. Not recommended if you don’t have discount

Great food and comfortable surroundings. The fixed lunch menu is realistically priced and offers good value. Dishes are quite small but this allows a lot of choice, either 4,5 or 6 dishes each! Sharing is the go here! Free flow drinks option seems good added value too!
