This 42 room hotel serves its purpose if you want to be near Central. Rooms are smart & contemporary. Beds are comfortable. Able to work from a desk in room or guests lounge if needs be. We would use again. 'Breakfast' is a piece of fruit, a cake / local bun and varies marginally daily! Fresh coffee / tea available. Very pleasant staff and overall a good experience. Thankyou

The serviced apartment reception person was very rude. He was not happy when I asked to check in and where the Bauhinia Hotel was. This happened on 29th Nov 2019 at 1505hrs. Manager of this place, please take note. If he is not happy to provide a service in the service sector, he should find some other job. The reception I got over at the Bauhunia Hotel was 180 degrees. Service and check in was a breeze and the young chap was polite. Happy to be staying over here instead of the serviced apartment!

I love my stay in this service apartment. The experience is brilliant. Especially the staffs are very responsive! Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 2 months - the room was comfortable, and service from both the reception and housekeeping teams was excellent. Very convenient location.

Really nice place. Was a bit worried as read a not so nice review on trip advisor, but i have been absolutely impressed by every aspect! Lovely friendly service, new sheets 3x/week. No oven but the hob, fridge and microwave do just fine. Fab.

Do not lightly believe anything you read as "Reviews" about a place, as spams and hoaxes are easily made and everywhere. Go to more reliable sources like Trip Adviser, read more about it, then judge for yourself. This place must be dilapidated enough to have to be constantly undergoing "renovation" that includes extremely loud and heavy blast-drilling and hammering on their floors and walls continuously during the day, for months throughout the year, intermittently and randomly and without any warning or notice to its neighbors. It has been going on like this for years and it never stops, notwithstanding many complaints being made against them and the police and authorities being called upon to look into their activities. I know because I am a distressed neighbor in the adjacent building, and cannot imagine how bad it must be if you happen to live in it. The man in charge is an arrogant, uncivilized ethnic Indian or Pakistani, who when confronted with a complainant, actually tells you to call the police for all he cares. Absolutely unbelievable. It is beyond any reasoning or common sense that a business of the service industry could operate like this. If it has any decent occupancy it cannot afford to do this either. This tells you what kind of scruples they have and how much they care about the others and their own residents. My advice to you is forget about this place and look elsewhere. There should be lots of much better choices around. [Reluctantly I give it one star because Google's "Rate and Review" thing doesn't work unless you star it somehow. Given a choice I would give it nil, even minus.]

The Bauhinia is very good quality with excellent facilities. The rooms were quiet and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Love this apartment very much. :)

Stayed here during my first month in HK. The place was clean and tidy. Location was perfect for me, close to central and with everything you need around. Good place for a short period of time.
