Dirty
and
smelly
carpets!
staff
unfriendly
except
for
couple
of
managers
in
customer
relations
who
have
no
authority
on
changing
anything
except
giving
you
new
room
but
the
same
problem
exist.
the
reservation
says
with
breakfast
but
when
i
checked
in
to
the
hotel
i
was
told,
there
is
no
breakfast
included,
i
spoke
with
manager
but
nothing
was
done!
This
is
by
far
is
the
worst
experience
i
ever
had
with
a
hotel,
those
guys
at
the
desk
are
unfriendly
and
the
Restaurant
people
they
make
you
stand
waiting
untill
they
check
your
name,
room
and
ask
for
payment
right
upfront
even
when
they
have
my
card
on
file.
I
would
give
this
hotel
big
zero!
