I stayed on the club floor for my trip and had a very good experience. The room was big and clean and the service of the staff in the club floor was very good, especially Mr. Tony Yin. Tony's service was very good. He even used his own mobile phone number to help me to make a reservation. However, the food in the lounge was quite disappointing. By the way, I had my breakfast in Cafe Zen so I gave a rating 4. The food in the lounge only worth a rating 2

The hotel was good but, the room was not so great. It had some smoke smell. Due to being a divided room, the bedside was not spacious enough. Unfortunately, they could not arrange a King bed to me, it was a twin-bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. As I was celebrating my husband's birthday, the hotel prepared a nice cake, card and a bottle of wine for him. It was very thoughtful and warm. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a big window where we could see the light show. A fantastic stay overall.

Wonderful place to stay when you are in Shenzhen. Very close to metro stations and walkable to many commercial establishments nearby.

Almost excellent hotel. Would be outstanding, if it were also suited for guests, who own mobile phones. Even in a suite, you don’t have convenient outlets and no facility for charging two phones overnight. Good hotels provide USB outlets at the nightstands but simple power outlets left and right of the bed would be sufficient. Otherwise wonderful building, great staff, excellent food and prime location.

When we arrived we have to wait 2 hours before we can enter the room since we came early (9 AM) while the room can be entered only after 11 AM. We can enter the room immediately only if we pay half day charge of the room, which we reject. The room provided was a corner room, which the layout quite not efficient which make the bed room looks a bit small. The interior of the room can be considered tired and not finished (???), since the finishing of the drop ceiling right above our bed was teared off without replacement. The bathroom is quite large but the shower area has a problem with the floor surface, where water will accumulated in the area opposite of the drain hole. This is quite annoying since the dirt will be kept there unless we sprayed them toward the drain hole. As we are very busy with the conference we attended during our stay, we haven't make complaint about those issues. However, we suggest that the hotel should repair those problems before seling again the room to the guest. The staffs are very kind and supportive but in some cases we found some of them too over-active since many times we were pushed to go to the reception counter when we enter the hotel bringing a small suit case although we try to mention that we are already guest of the hotel. They only stopped after we show them our hotel access card. So, to summarize the experience : The reception staff : poor due to forcing us to pay for half day charge to enter the room immediately, and they forgot to arrange our luggage to our room, so we need to call by ourself after waiting so long. Concierge : good, even they help to get a shaver that I request. Also helpful when we try to find information and taxi. Room : poor, due to the tired and un-finished interior, layout, bathroom shower area floor drainage issue. Hotel cleanliness : good, nice and clean Hotel location : good, near exhibition center and shopping center.

Excellent ambiance and spotlessly clean. Staff in gym and pool are of high standard and helpful. Clean facilities as well. Comfy and great location. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Some suggestions for improvement: first, the glass door of the shower doesn't fit the frame, wetting the floor after shower. Second, the floor in the changing room of the gym/pool is extremely slippery when it's wet. My aged friend almost fell down. Also, notices / instructions in the changing room of the gym/pool are not found or far from enough. My aged friend was all at sea about the key and the locker thing. Third, there's no newspaper available in the cafe during breakfast time. Other than these minor stuffs, on the whole, the experience is a great one and I do highly recommend the hotel to others.

Your reception and conceige staffs are super nice and helpful. The room is clean and good view! Wonderful location! As soon as we arrived we were greeted and directed by staff, they are very friendly and helpful with your needs. We were checking in early, and it wasn't a problem or an upcharge. They lose 1 star because we tried the cafe in the hotel (Zen Cafe) for dinner on our first night there, and it was horrendous. No taste, slow service. Rooms were good, spacious and the beds were comfy. We had a good time at the hotel without any other issues or problem. Good Stay, will stay again.

good location, clean and tidy. However, the bed is not so comfortable. Seem aging. The TV is too old. It's still in analog mode. I think it needs to be renovated. The swimming pool and gym are good. The staffs are nice and helpful.

Luxury hotel right in the middle of CBD of Shenzhen. Location simply could not be better, only a few minutes walk to the popular CoCo Park shopping mall and Ping-an PAFC mall and tower with an observation deck offering stunning view of Shenzhen It is also literally above the Futian high-speed rail station connecting Hong Kong in under 30 min. The hotel felt slightly dated but well maintained. There was a Huawei conference when we were there, and the foyer was very crowded in the mornings, and so was the restaurant for breakfast. Our room had the bonus of a totally unobstructed view of Ping-an tower. Service was one would expect of Shangri-la.
