1st class hotel set in the middle of Shenzhen. Bedrooms are superb with an unusual room layout with the bath and shower in the middle of the room surrounding by glass. The 1881 restaurant is also top notch and worth experiencing. The layout of the lifts is a little unusual as the reception is on the 31st floor. So you have to go up 1st to reception in one set of lifts, then use another set to go down to the rooms. Penthouse bar is also worth a visit just watch out for ... let's say working girls following you to the lifts!!

This was a very nice Hyatt location. Very upscale in everything aesthetic and staff was super professional. I only stayed one night but did enjoy breakfast the next day which was local or American. I opted for local, which was delicious. My room was nice, with modern but classy finishes throughout. Shower had auto-frost glass and was encased in the middle of the room. For a quick stay, definitely recommend. Location is such that you'll endure much traffic wherever you're going to in Shenzhen.

The hotel lobby is at 33, then you take another elevator down to your room. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean and quiet. The room size is decent, but the view is definitely better at St Regis when you are hundreds of meter above the ground.

4.5 stars. Very nice and modern rooms with a touch of luxury even in the ordinary rooms. Some fancy details like Japanese toilet and transparent shower wall turning opaque. Helpful service. The elevator system is slightly confusing forcing you to go up before going down. Good breakfast restaurant with stunning views, although the selection could be better for premium class. Would use again.

For staying over and meeting with clients this hotel offers great facilities. Staff are polite and very helpful. Rooms are very well appointed and have a great mini bar selection. Food is incredible and the selection is amazing. I recommend this hotel for any business man who means business and wants to set an impression.

This Grand Hyatt has high ceilings in the lobby and contemporary/ upscale design. The lounge has an unbelievable view of the city. The first floor has luxury shopping and there are plenty of such stores. There was a Louis 13 Cognac kiosk that day and the woman working there was super sweet. The woman that helped me at the front desk was also really nice and had an amazing personality. The restaurant has good dim sum and the breakfast selection is huge. I got a private room for some Chinese food, which was high quality. Rooms, gym, and facilities are all nice. Only complaint is the elevator system is confusing, you have to take 1 elevator to get to the front desk. Then another to get to your room. A bit time consuming. Overall can recommend this hotel!

one of the best hotel lobbies, awesome views! my kids loved the food and the space. rooms are ait. great location, convenient, if you got kids and not a lot of time to get around town, this place is perfect as it is right by a mall.

This hotel is very nice, its located next to a big shopping mall, and in here staffs are friendly and hotel design is modern. And here also include a couple of nice restaurants. The decor of the room is cool, most of the room with excellent view of Shenzhen. And their lobby located on 33/F so the view even better. However, the room is noisy during afternoon, as its facing the busy street. And the HDMI port is not working in my room
