All the platinum benefits got cut, no lounge access any more. The room is nice and tidy. However it is getting a bit out of date. Location is convenient, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The streets are busy, and you are not far off the ground, so you will hear cars honking. But the Ritz service team never let me down. After seeing my review about the noise issue, which I did not expect at all, the hotel arranges another room facing the park for me, which is more quiet. Special shout-out to Leo, I was using my luggage as a working desk for the first day. Leo noticed that help me prepare a table. The impeachable service from the Ritz team really dazzle me. Well done.
