1. Hotel is ok with room cleaning and clearing. 2. Near the center. 3. Food is ok

Despite its grand front, this hotel nothing special. The food was alright, nothing particularly amazing, the rooms are clean and nice, but are relatively small and don't always have a nice view. The windows are not clean. The public bathrooms on the first floor are pitiful - the one western toilet in the men's was absolutely disgusting. The final downside to this hotel is that there is WiFi only in the rooms - it promptly cuts off as soon as you enter the corridor, and you may only access other connections in the hotel if you are a customer of Chinacom. A small bonus: the central location is right next to many tech stores and markets, as well as the Line 1 underground train, which connects to the airport and other lines very easily.

I have given this five star ad this hotels excels in what I was expecting there are some minor cleaning related matters but still everything else was good. Staff was very helpful and let me check out late. Location is great.

Nice rooms, comfy beds. Will stay here any time. Is pretty much like a western branch hotel. The included breakfast are great and tasty. The lobby is huge for quick meetings.

Spacious with efficient service. Location is excellent, only 2 minutes, or even 1 minute walk for the closest mtr station. There is a mini gym room opens at 0630 daily. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with an economical price. Do give it a try if you are looking for a comfy hotel in Shenzhen.

Cheap place the stay/sleep, rooms aren't anything special but good enough for sleep and A/C. The location is the best perk, only a short 30 second walk to the mall which leads to the subway, electronics market, ect..
