Someone open my room door at 1 am ! And i tried to call guest service and concierge but both of them cannot speak english at all. The staff comes to my room and let me speak to the manager on the phone. She said that was staff who open my door without knocking before. I felt unsafe. It shouldn’t happen with IHG hotel !
