While conveniently located near the metro, the hotel itself is a little dated and in dire need of a complete renovation. Bear in mind that only the reception staff can speak English. The room has a small kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave with only one electric socket. In order to use one, you need to unplug the other. There are two television sets, one being the LCD tv in the living room and the other being an 1990s old CRT television in the bedroom. Basic amenities were missing from the room so had to call housekeeping twice, only to be delivered the wrong items two hours later. The restaurant is on the 11/F and the staff doesn't speak English either. While the food was delivered as ordered, we found the portions to be rather small relative to the norm in China. They also offer breakfast buffet for a price but it is very limited and lacks in basics (eggs, freshly brewed coffee). The hotel only has two elevators and they are very crowded all the time. On the plus side, the hotel lobby and public areas were very clean.

-Great location with shopping restaurants and subway under hotel. -Big room but looks a bit OLD!!! -Helpful staff. -Rooms on lower floors (5th to 6th floor) had strong food smell in rooms so ask for higher floor to avoid that. -No heater in the room only air con with no heater mode.

The hotel is a bit outdated but very convenient as it’s in an excellent location, close to MTR station and near local restaurants, malls and markets. No need to book the room with breakfast, as there are many restaurants nearby. You can easily take 10 walk to Dongmen night market.

The rooms are huge! Considered a 3 star hotel with strategic location as there's a few attractions around this hotel. Very convenient and everywhere is within walking distance.

They said all rooms are non smoking room but my rooms was full of bad/smoke smell...
