nightmare
stay
experience
in
this
hotel.
Hotel
staff
was
not
honest,
tried
to
tell
lie
to
get
away
from
their
mistake.
After
they
found
out
they
cannot
deny
the
fault,
they
try
to
use
refrigerators
drink
to
express
their
apology
on
my
USD1500
loss.
I
gave
1
T-shirt,
1
shirt,
1
jacket,
1
trousers
for
laundry.
When
I
got
them
back,
the
collar
of
my
T-shirt
and
shirt
are
still
dirty
like
unwashed.
The
jacket
has
ball
pen
mark
on
it,
and
the
trousers
are
like
dyed
everywhere.
I
called
hotel
right
away.
They
told
me
they
would
reprocess
and
fix.
I
was
polite
enough
to
accept
their
process,
which
proves
I
made
wrong
decision
(I
should
have
confront
them
when
I
was
in
the
hotel).
After
their
reprocess,
the
hotel
promised
to
me
everything
was
fixed,
their
management
team
all
checked,
with
naked
eye,
the
trousers
and
jacket
was
like
new.
But
it
proved
to
be
a
big
lie
later.
After
I
received
them,
the
T-shirt
and
shirt
looks
clean
(it
proves
how
careless
they
were
at
the
first
time
cleaning).
But
the
jacket
and
trousers
are
totally
damaged.
The
hotel
don't
want
to
compensate
me.
They
first
offered
refrigerator
drink
as
apology.
Then
free
night
and
dinner
at
the
hotel.
I
will
never
go
back
to
this
hotel.
After
many
months,
they
just
have
an
offer
to
way
below
my
loss.
Careless
hotel
laundry
staff.
Dishonest
customer
care
representative,
and
management
team.
Inconsiderate
hotel
high
level
management
members.
This
hotel
doesn't
deserve
a
luxury
brand
with
the
current
management
team.
You
may
feel
ok
if
nothing
happens.
But,
once
there
is
anything
happen,
you
will
regret
why
you
choose
this
one
over
sooo
many
other
good
hotels
in
this
city.
