Good choice for both businessmen and travelers. Rooms are comfortable, sometimes the service is a bit lagging (missing fruits in the room, poor offer of snacks in the minibar) but the overall impression is positive. Breakfast restaurant could be larger, it's a bit crowded in the mornings. Also the variation of breakfast menu is not really what you expect from 5 🌟 hotel. Gym is quite minimalistic. But the rest is OK. Hotel has a nice atmosphere, stylish look and people are kind and professional. In winter months the rooms are really cold since there is no heating.

Comfortable and well sized rooms, located a short walk from the Futian high speed rail station. Didn't try the in house restaurants and facilities but it's located close to many bars and restaurants, as well as a shopping mall. The finish is also of very high standard.

was pretty good. the room on the 23rd was smelly specially since I had some one smoking next door. called the reception and they gave me another on a different floor. issue was resolved after that. gym and pool are ok. hotel location is in the heart of town which is nice since you can walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Reasonable sized room and comfy bed, which was insanely enormous. While I was 27 floors up, my room faced a bar complex below that provided a predictable deep base doof doof noise until about 2am... on a Tuesday morning. This prevented sleep, which is unacceptable. Outdoor pool was great although you have to walk past several function rooms in only your bathers to get there. Gym was also excellent quality but closed at 10pm when most stay open 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was average. Service was average including hopeless bell boys who just stood and watched, while front desk staff insisted that you'd have to pay for milk if you want in-room complimentary tea and coffee. Would have been 4 stars had it not been for the doof doof noise all night and the average service from staff.

Clean room and great location. It's 5 minutes walk from Futian high speed railway station and Coco Park. The staffs were helpful and friendly. However, you can hear the loud music from the clubs/bars nearby even at 24 floors up at 3am.

Hotel has a very odd strong smell inside. Stayed on 23rd floor with a pretty nice view. Construction of building is poor so if you are on 23rd floor you will hear the guests on the 24th floor above you walking around which is pretty annoying. If your next door neighbors are locals and loud then noise will go right through the walls. Not much soundproofing there. Beds are pretty damn hard. Unless you are used to sleeping on a hard bed you will find it difficult to sleep on that bed. Room is nice otherwise but it seems a bit dated. For the money though it is ok. $100 max for a room there is what the standard rooms are worth at most. Fair price for that room is $80 per night. Shower handle must be held in hand or it just points the wrong way unless you use the one from the ceiling. Breakfast buffet is around 170 RMB which is not worth the money for the quality of food provided. Food served is average, I would give it a 3 star rating for for food quality but they charge you 5 star prices so I would pass on breakfast there. Location is great as it is just a few minutes walk from Coco Park which is great.

Very nice hotel, good fitness room and swimming pool (outside). Rooms are big enough for and individual. I also liked the breakfast which includes western and chinese style food. I have stayed in marco polo at least in three different occasions and quality is always the same.

A good hotel option in the quieter part of Shenzhen. Decent size room. Friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast is not mid-blowing, but pretty decent and features wide range of cuisines. Near to metro station and Galaxy Cocopark, as well as large number of F&B outlets. Many convenient stores and ATMs nearby too. Colorful pub and club scene is in mere walking distance for weekend fun.

Fantastic hotel in Shenzhen. Central location. Big and modern rooms. The swimming pool has a great view at surrounding buildings.
