We checked other reviews and pictures and thought that this was a nice place to stay. We followed Google maps into an off road land which had no signs and it was intense jungle with no signs or directions of the property. You won't be able to drive in a sedan here. No instructions were given to us by the hotel people. We somehow reached there and it was a farm with 4 tents there. The tents weren't ready and they were still readying the rooms. We entered the room and saw insects all over the place, the sheets were very dirty. The drinking water wasn't clean and had insects in it. The towels were dirty and there were spiders in the room. There is no proper restaurant for the meals and they serve it in open. This property is a farm and expect many insects to get in your food! Very unhygienic! We paid Rs. 8000 for a night thinking its atleast a 3/4 star property but to be honest it was a 2 star property with a 1 star hospitality. I would not recommend this to anyone!! This is overpriced. This property is not worth more than 2000-3000 per night!

Location was excellent, service was excellent . They will ensure that you will see leopard 100% . The location is also situated in jungle only . Situated right next to a rock formation, the place is neatly designed and quite recently developed. Staff is hardworking and the owner does his best to please the guests. They prepare food to order. Though the variety is limited and we had to pay extra for non-vegetarian food. The only issue was the weather. The dark coloured tents act as green houses and trap the heat inside becoming unbearably hot by 10 am in the morning and even the AC and the fan can't cool it down to make it comfortable enough. We had gone to Thour Nature Resort in the month of September just after the monsoon. I can't imagine the heat inside in the summertime. As any wildlife enthusiast would know, leopards are elusive creatures and no one can guarantee a leopard-spotting but the gypsy safari itself is thrilling. We saw a leopard for a few seconds crossing the road in the morning safari. It was a 2-3 second view but a memory in itself.
