WHAT A RIP OFF!!!. Most of the games dont work and just burned up credits wirhout allowing any gameplay. Wasted about $44 on credits and they would not refund anything. They said they were having network connectivity issues but if thats the case dont leave games on and claim they work "sometimes" then deny a refund when they steal credits. Will not be back. EDIT: When you cash in your tickets, the price is not as marked, its double the price as marked. So your kid has his 200 ticket item has to take it back and get something smaller because although the display says 200 tickets its actually 400 tickets. Highway robbery. What a scam.

Round 1 has been an arcade staple for my friends and I for the last 5 years. There are few arcades that have it all. Round 1 is the exception. The good: Round 1 has all types of new, classic, imported, multiplayer, physical, and returning player games and cabinets. They also have pinball machines, a large bowling alley (lockers & rentals available), multiple pool tables, a table tennis area, darts, and karaoke rooms. They serve a variety of party food (pizza, burgers, fries, ice cream, etc.), and they have a bar. Most games reward you tickets simply for playing, competitive and high risk games reward even more. You can use these tickets to buy some awesome prizes in their redemption store. The bad: It's important to note that this is an exceptionally large facility. For the record, Round 1's full team can seem to handle the normal work load throughout the week. However, on a Friday/Saturday night when this spot is most popular, the crowds can easily overwhelm their team and suddenly assistance and customer service can be hard to get. In the last couple years, it appears that more and more games/machines are out of commission and sitting for months on end before being repaired. Each visit in the last year, I've noticed an equal amount of new failures as fixes. It wasn't always like this and I imagine Round 1 is still recovering financially from 2020 hiatus of customers due to the lockdown. That all said, I'm seeing improvements. Bottom line: I suggest Round 1 to everyone I know that's looking for a good time, because even with it's minimal problems, it's still an awesome experience each and every time.

We had so much fun here on Halloween! I wish the food was more like gastropub style, but it was very cheap and the shake fries were good. There’s so much to do: bowling, ping pong, karaoke, billiards, arcade games, SO MANY crane games, and more! I would also say the prize room had different/better quality prizes than most other arcade places. Finally, it’s 18+ after 10pm if you enjoy not having kiddos running around.

This place is amazing! If you have someone who loves claw machines this is the place to go. These claws actually work well so it's not impossible to win something. The arcade part is also very cool and has tons of games from Japan that your can't find many places in Colorado. Definitely one of my new favorite places!

Wait time was atrocious. Bowling was nice! Wish they had a better system. They had multiple broken lanes but we got in around 1hr after putting our name on the list. The staff were all very nice but didn’t honor app coupon codes per their manager. The place had lots of money hungry machines, almost like a casino for kids. Overall, a decent place but best to put your name down then go out for an hour until you get your text.

The arcade is great!! Definitely recommend it as a kid friendly place!! But be careful with your parties / food orders. We ordered 2 pizzas: a sausage and a cheese. We were delivered a Sausage and a Pepperoni 20 minutes before we had scheduled to have them delivered. Unsurprisingly the kids started eating them, but we also had a couple kids who don't eat meat ... so when I asked about the cheese pizza we ordered the staff said because we started eating it they couldn't do anything. I ended up having to talk to multiple people at a significant waste of time and finally was offered 4 slices of cheese... unfortunately not only did they take quite a while but when they came out they were significantly over cooked and had very little actual cheese 🥺

Loads of fun! Had a birthday party their and our host Gideon was great. Kiddos been to one in Sacramento California and said this location in Littleton is way bigger but prizes were much harder to get. Overall experience was great. Will visit again.

The karaoke system is awful. The sound quality is really bad, if you can even get it to play anything at all. We spent a half hour just trying to get it to work and we couldn't get any of our phones to work with it, which is required to work with it.

*Pretty sure the claw machines are as rigged in favor of the house as they can be* The bowling, karaoke, and pool are fantastic though! Was the first time I tried karaoke, because each group has a private studio-LOVE! If you're an introvert, but really want to experience karaoke-this is perfect for you! Inexpensive. *HOWEVER*, if you or anyone in your party has sensory issues, avoid the main floor! The decibel level, lights, and unnecessarily congested design of the machines, particularly on a weekend, make this a nauseating experience. I don't have sensory issues, but my son does. I'm a sensible person (I promise!), but just wandering the floor for 15 minutes to play a few games, and taking a photo in their booth, I felt like I was going to vomit! Quickly remedied by leaving that particular area. Vegas has nothing on this place! **** NOT all machines give tickets****

Staff is fantastic but unfortunately the cost to play games seem a bit high. Would like to come back but only if it was on a Groupon or something.

Decently fun. A little overpriced but it has a good selection of games. Bowling was okay except the bowling alleys use a string system to reset the pins so if you hit them too hard they get tangled and you have to wait a minute until they untangle.

I come here weekly. So much fun. Machines are in better condition than they used to be, I think they hired techs. A little pricier than places like akihabara and they don't have any half off days like D&B unfortunately. Not sure about the food but if you like rhythm games this is the place to be

Had a fun team building experience doing karaoke together. Place was very clean and not crowded at all (our group went mid afternoon on a workday). Employees attentive and helpful, only draw back can't have an open tab for food and drinks.
