This Waterpark is a bit small but it is so much fun. My kids and their cousins' ages 7 to 14 had a blast today here!!! For a Sunday, surprisingly, the park was not busy at all. We felt like we reserved the park for our family in the beginning. And I was very impressed by their cleanliness!!! From the Waterpark to the bathroom, changing rooms, and showers everywhere was spotlessly clean, and smelled good. I thought the lifeguards were friendly until my daughter informed me that they yelled at kids a lot for almost everything. I feel like they were just trying to keep the kids safe and follow the rules but yes, maybe less yelling would be more helpful. Tips: *Bring your towels. If you don't have towels I believe you can buy them from the market. *Outside food or drinks are not allowed but they sell pizza and some alcoholic beverages at the SandBar and the prices are okay, $16 for a large pizza, see the pictures for the full menu. For non-alcoholic drinks, you can go to the Market inside and buy drinks by bottle. *They are open to the public between 12 (noon) till 8 pm *Admission Fee; Paid around $250 for 3 adults and 5 kids.

This is very fun, the kids loved it. I just thought for how small it is a bit pricy. They don't have a kiddie pool but have the three slides to go down. They should consider a kiddie pool because the kids like to sit and play in the slide area and the life guards continue to try to redirect children as little as 1 yrs old. I didnt appreciate the lifeguard grabbing my child by the arm, my child freaked out and was scared. If this is supposed to be for little kids then add a small pool. The lazy river is nice just short but it does have a fast current! I did not get to try the food but it was a little pricy as well. We paid about $95 for a family of 5! My 3 and 4 yr old are tall and they were regular price. This place does not provide towels. I don't think there was any adult pool. I did see kids going down the bigger slide but thats about it. For the price they should at least offer more! I will not return and it was just a nice little get away for our children.

Super safe and small for children. Require life vest for children under certain height which I love. They provide the life vest. They have life guards every where.

We had a good time at Pirates Cay Waterpark. We stayed at the attached resort. It isn't huge, but the slides are fun and the water is warm. It was clean, and not crowded, for a Sunday afternoon. It was a little pricey, at nearly $20 for each person over 48“ tall. There is very limited vending. My only real gripe is that they don't provide towels! But you can buy one at the gift shop? Seriously? Overall, we had a nice time, but we won't seek it out again.

Not a large place, but big enough with a variety to keep kids entertained. Well taken care of, which isn't always the case with water parks. Definitely the highlight of the Holiday Inn Fox River location.

Came here during the colder months so there wasn’t much to enjoy other than the water park and pool they had as well as their indoor place rooms. Both the water park and poop were very clean. Their game rooms were very nice and i enjoyed their theatre room. My room was very big and super clean. The staff at the front desk were very kind as well as the people working in the game rooms. The water park staff seemed grumpy but I don’t blame them. Cannot wait to come back during the summer time!

A great little waterpark definitely more geared towards children, but can be relaxing for the adults too (with 4 big slides and a lazy river). I do wish it was larger, for the price. Having some regular and kiddie pools would be a great addition. More food options as well (with just nachos, pizza, and hot dogs in their café).

Good enough. My 2nd grader is short, but can swim. She couldn't do the slides, and it nearly ruined the day. Check the size chart, measure, and manage expectations before you go.

We came to the water park as non-guests. The park seems clean and is a great option for bad weather days. There are options for all ages. As other reviewers have noted, there is no swimming pool or hot tub available in Pirates Cay. There is, however a pool and hot tub separate for guests staying at the resort. The pirate ship area is nice for younger kids with several slides and water activities. WATCH SMALLER CHILDREN AROUND THE BUCKETS. They dump very hard. Toddlers will be swept off their feet. The lifeguards are very watchful around this area. The lazy river is pretty small and tight quarters. Since there is no pool, it seems guests are allowed to swim without tubes through the lazy river. Most people in the lazy river were in without tubes. While there are lifeguards watching, smaller children could easily be swept along with the current. The larger water slides are fun. There are 2 tube slides and 2 body slides for 48" and up. Smaller children aren't allowed even if accompanied by an adult. The rules about food in the pool area evidently don't apply to lifeguards as most of them were eating apples, popsicles, etc. Other people brought food and drinks in and were not stopped nor are bags searched. Towels are not provided but are for sale. Just a few things we noticed that wasn't made clear initially. Check for Groupons beforehand. We purchased a Groupon that made the entry $10 for each of us vs the $25. I don't think the park is worth $25 a person. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We definitely want to stay on property next time we return. The grounds are beautiful.

My husband and I had a good time...our toddler too lol people showed up literally at 12.00p and the place opens at 12pm...it was awesome. Clean bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms. The lockers are a little bit small but you can bring your stuff out to the lunch tables One small disadvantage is that they don't have too many things to do, it's small. Kids under 12 will definitely enjoy this place, teenagers...mmmh not so much They have 2 tube slides, 2 regular water slides, a lazy river, and the bucket thingy

We stayed at Fox River and took the kids to Pirates Cay. They have a lazy river, 4 water slides and a play area for kids that has several splash areas and smaller slides. Staff were friendly and helpful. Locker rooms were clean. If you forgot your lock, you can buy one (they were $10 at the time we went). As you can imaging, tables and chairs can be limited during busy times. Our party of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) managed with one lounge chair with no problems, but it happeneded to work out that we didn't all need the chair at the same time. At most, three of us were seated in the chair at one time while the others where enjoying the slides or lazy river. This was my first time here but we're definitely looking forward to returning. You can easily spend hours here! If the kids need to go to sleep, take them here for a few hours, feed them, and off to sleep they go!!! Thank me later ;)

Great indoor water park especially for ages 10 & under. Older kids will definitely get bored quickly. There is an Olympic-sized indoor pool (this might only be accessible by people who book a room at the resort) that might be better suited for older kids. Easy way to spend a few hours with the family.

This was a great place to come with little ones; two, five and six year olds. There was just enough to keep them actively busy and having tons of fun. We arrived at 12:00 on a Friday and had the place to ourselves for the first half hour. The pizza was good and the lifeguards were friendly and engaged. It didn’t get overly crowded … let’s just say, it’s 5:30 and we are still here and going strong. Highly recommended!!!

Small but very nice park for when there isn't time to get all the way to the Dells. Great for kids 4-14 I would say..

Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is only because of the price. Small water park for the price it is. Otherwise, we had a great time! There were a couple of kids that ended up in a fight and I have to say the staff handled it quickly and safely. There also was another kid who jumped into the lazy river right on front of us and again the staff was fabulous! The entire place was neat and clean as well. I have a toddler and this place was perfect for her. Small enough to keep a close eye on her but plenty for her to do! We loved floating down the lazy river. We stopped by the small arcade on the way out and won some fun prizes! Thank you for the fun time!

Great for little kids. The entrance fee is separate from your stay at the hotel.

This place is ideal for 4 - 11 year olds. Like many others have said, the water spray ground has a dumping bucket that’s pretty aggressive for smaller children. But older children really enjoy it. There is no pool here so it can get old quickly for pre-teens and teens, just a lazy River and four slides. But my ten year old had a blast for 4 hours! The facilities were well kept and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. 5 stars for a very specific age group - so I settled on 4 stars if you’re thinking about satisfaction for the whole family.

Fun for the whole family ! Life jackets are available for the kids to use and the smaller children are separated by a gate so they cannot enter the big slide areas or lazy river without an adult to assist them. Very warm inside, never needed my towel at all until I was ready to leave. We will definitely come back again 🥰

Took the kids for a surprise day visit and they had a blast! It’s the perfect size and wasn’t overcrowded for a Saturday either🙏 Lazy river was everyone’s favorite & it was easy to order pizzas for a decent price. Also, I really liked that every single lifeguard there appeared to be extremely vigilant in their duties and cared about keeping safety and order. Will definitely return 👍👍

Great place to take your kiddos. Hotel is not connected to water park. They do not take cash. Only cards. There is food to purchase and it's reasonably priced. My 4 year old who is almost 5-had a blast !!! They do not provide towels but will provide vests. Highly recommend
