Went here with my wife, kids, brother and his family. We're all people of color. Let's just say the security guard kept making his way to us. He was cool, you can tell he was doing what management tell him to do. Just found that suspicious.

Went as a group for a Bachelorette party. Was not aware we had to have ID to come in after 10pm. Come on its a arcade. They let us all in though but the ones who had a ID had to walk around with the ones without ID'S. Pretty much act like babysitters. We all was 25 or older. This is ridiculous. What are they afraid is going to happen to them? There is a lady behind the counter who is very rude and takes her job way to serious. She went out of her way to watch us and harass us. They need to fire her. We was followed and harassed the whole time. With also being ID 3 times while in there. Once at the door. Once at the bar so received a wristband stating old enough to drink but still got stopped and got asked for ID again. I understand you need to be ID to drink but come on its a arcade this is ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone since the service sucks. Their was a special person who went out of her way to ruin it for us Even threatened to kick us out. A short manly looking dark hair woman.

Ive been to arcade before, but not one with so many broken games. Broken game after broken game after broken game after broken game. Lower level has Japanese games that I cannot read and what seemed to be half of the games upstairs were "ERR". One of the few games I did play was malfunctioning, even though it said it was playable. If you are not up to spending about $2.25 on an arcade game that probably won't work right... Then I would suggest staying away from this place.

Too late for mini golf, so we opted for the arcade. You purchase credits on a card and scan at the game. Many games to choose from and they varied in credits needed. You would win tickets to turn in for normal arcade style prizes. Nice bowling area, refreshment stand and bar as well.

Had a great time here. They have 2 Dance Dance Revolution machines which was awesome. My 24 bucks lasted me a little less than 2 hours playing DDR, skee ball, pinball, and a few other games. The giant size Galaga game was cool.

This place is SO much fun! Hours of entertainment between the bowling lanes, 2 floors of arcade games, pool tables, karaoke, party rooms, a bar, good food.. I could go on! They even have "after hours" for adults only. I've been here two years in a row and will go back every time we visit Erie! My family loves this place.

The prices are insane. I really love arcades. It’s really just a reality check going from playing at Aces where it’s only 50 cents to play most games. Compare this to the average game at round one costing 2.25. That’s just the average. The claw machines cost like 3.50 which happen to be the games I like playing. I burned through $40 on keymaster in 10 mins. It’s just not fun when my money gets me like 5 games. Let me reiterate $3.50 FOR A SINGLE PLAY!!! How is anyone ok with this. Is it to much to ask to pay a dollar maybe even a dollar fifty to play. I’d honestly have so many good things to say about this place if the prices were fair.

This place was very fun. It did feel like some of the games were overly expensive but other than that it is great. A very jack of all trades entertainment venue. They had pool, bowling, a vast array of arcade games, claw machines, a bar. And it's handicap accessible, there are 2 floors but there are stairs, escalators, and an elevator. I wish we had a place like this where I live! My fiancee really enjoyed the first floor BB target game - the accuracy of the guns was really good. The only downfall was some of the machines are in Japanese with no English translations.

It was ok. I usually go to the one back home in Mentor, OH. This one is much smaller and the games cost more to play. I thought it cool that it was 2 levels but it wasn't all that great. Coming from a place of bias, I was a little disappointed. If you want to kill some time while on a date or whatever, this might be an option.

Been going here basically for several years now. Never had one issue with the place. Staff are friendly and the imported games are great, since most other arcades don't usually have the new ones. If you go here a few times a month, I would suggest getting the digital membership.

So many games to choose from! We love bringing our nieces here and just coming as a couple. We could sit for hours and play the zombie shooting games haha great place to waste some time on a day off

When walking in we got stopped by security and had to get checked by metal detectors, the alcoholic beverages were pretty expensive and they do close bowling early. Was expecting to stay till 2 am and they closed it at 1. Games were pretty expensive and the whole first floor and half of the second none of the games had any English. Everything was pretty expensive but we had fun.
