*****IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD**** The Best Way For Me To Start This Paragraph Off Is *****This Hotel Needs To Be Shut Down***** When I Reviewed The Rooms Online, Before Deciding To Stay At The Hotel, They Looked Up To Par. Once My Sister And I Got There, Paid For The Room For The Upcoming Week, (Advised The Front Desk Clerk That We Would Reside There Until Our House Was Ready) The Front Desk Clerk Gave Us A Hotel Room On The Side "With The Red Doors" That Were Absolutely Horrible. The Whole Room Smelled Like Poop And Weed, Roaches Were Running Everywhere, & The Windows Were Covered In Plastic. My Sister Called Back To The Front Office And Told Them If They Didn't Change Our Rooms, That We Wanted A Refund. The Front Desk Clerk Agreed To Allow Us To Move Rooms (On The Side With Blue Doors). No Doubt, The Room Looked Better, But Sit Back And Allow Me Tell You How "Looks Can Be Deceiving". First, The TV's Are Old With Basic Cable, (Nobody Knew How To Change The Source So My Sister Could Play Her X-BOX And We Could Watch Movies)The Toilet Lid Was Aloose So Every Time We Used The Bathroom, We Almost Slid On The Floor. The Toilet Was Clogged Up. The Shower Was Clogged Up So Badly That You Could Only Stay In It For 3 Minutes Before The Water Started Over Flowing On The Floor. Every Time Maintenance Came To Fix Anything, They Would Look At It, Say They'll Be Back In 10 Minutes And Never Came Back, Or Look At It, Leave And Tell The Front Office It Had Already Been Fixed. After About 1 Week Of Constantly Going To The Office, & Making Requests, They Finally Fixed Everything, But That Didn't Stop The Roaches, Nats, Ants, Or Grasshoppers From Getting Into Our Room. The Doors Were So High At The Bottom That Grasshoppers Would Hop Right In, Like They Paid The Weekly Rate. So Of Course After 4 Weeks Of Being In That Room, We Had To Change Rooms. When We Got To The New Room, We Had The Same Problems (MAGNIFIED). "RIP DJ" Was Written On The Back Of The Door, And When I Asked The Front Desk Clerk Did Someone Die In That Particular Room, They Brushed The Question Off. After Telling The Front Desk Clerk That I Wanted A Refund, She Said She Would Change My Room. I Agreed To Switch Rooms, (For The Rest Of Week) So We Wouldn't Have To Interrupt Our Work Week. Once We Got To This Room, I Stopped Making Any Requests. There Was No Use. The Phone Didn't Work, Neither Did The Wi-Fi. Nothing Ever Really Got Done And If It Did, It Tooks Weeks On End. Then One Morning I Woke Up And Realized That My Sister And I Had Started Getting Bit By Bed Bugs. That Was It For Me. The Key Scanner On Our Door Didn't Work, After 2 Nights Of Getting Off Work And Having To Go To The Front Desk To Have Them Open The Door, They Finally Replaced It. The Washers And Dryers Work Whenever They Get Ready. There Is Constant Loud Arguing And Fighting Always Going On. The Police May As Well Reside On The Property As Much As They Are Out There. It Seems Like Everybody Smokes Weed Because Every Room We Stayed In Smelled Like It. The Housekeeping Can't Speak English, So You Can Be Standing In The Middle Of The Floor Naked, Drying Off, Getting Ready To Put Clothes On And They Will Use Their Key-Card To Just Come Right On In Your Room, Screaming "Housekeeping" In A Foreign Language. My Sister Had To Learn How To Say Things In Their Language So They Could At Least Understand Us And Vice Versa..Housekeeping Never Made Our Bed Or Changed Our Bedding. (We Washed Our Own Bedding) The Only Thing They Did Was Bring New Towels, And Take The Trash Out, And They Did That When They Got Ready. I'm Going To Report This Hotel To The BBB. This Hotel Does Not Need To Be Open For Business.

I stopped to try to stay for a week, thank goodness I checked the cleanliness of the room first before I paid. There was a leak upstairs which was making all the ceiling drywall fall off. It must have been going on for a while because there was black mold growing all over the walls. The shower was poorly build, the drain was all the way in the corner so if you were to shower the water wouldn't go where it's supposed to and there were dead bugs all over the floor. I left and stayed at a nearby AirBnB instead, MUCH BETTER experience

Sleeping in your car would be cleaner and safer. The hotel should be condemned and owners held responsible for the conditions. This place and the way it's ran should be illegal. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever came across.

There's only 1 thing to say about this dump. Bulldoze it! Went in with my wife didn't even bother walking to the restroom, bugs everywhere, the smell was unbearable looks like kids drew all over they walls with markers. Sub standard tore up furniture, looking like someone you'd see on the side of the road. The neighboring window was smashed out. Then the lady wanted us to look at another unit. Equally just as bad except this one had no light anywhere! Don't waste your time coming to view this place it should be condemned. To top it off it was going to cost more for my dogs to stay than my wife and I.

Low end budget hotel with unbeatable weekly rates. The rooms are in desperate need of repair for a lot of people's tastes, but they were clean. If you're just looking for a safe, clean place to stay at the lowest price possible, it's definitely a solid choice. Run by wonderful people, too, which helps with having a positive experience quite a bit.

It’s a dive! Holes in the walls, huge gaps under the door, missing tiles and big cracks, tub and sink are disgusting, faceplates for pugs are gone, and it smells awful. This place was a nightmare!!!! I can’t believe it hasn’t been condemned! Staff is also rude…. Watch out for pushing house keeping too.

Had to stay here a couple months and it wasnt luxurious of course, but you cant really complain for the price. Theres a mini fridge/freezer, TV, microwave and a desk as well. The staff and housekeeping I thought were very friendly. Wifi is a bit slow but it got the job done. Not the cleanest when I arrived, there were some bugs but if you keep the room free of trash they usually go away. The area can be quite ghetto, occasionally you'll get people outside yelling at each other like they're about to fight, sometimes it doesn't always feel safe, and when I was there, cops showed up and I think arrested a few dudes. Pretty crazy, but if you mind your own business and go out when its quiet it seems fine. If you're broke and are without a place this can be a lifesaver.

Customer service agents Ariana, and Neha, are amazing!! Very polite and friendly. My room was booked through Priceline, had no troubles checking in, room was super clean, location of room was a super plus. Daily room service is somewhat of a little (Could do better), but overall pleasant considering the situation of being short staffed, but they give everything they have to accommodate your stay. Was very impressed with the fact the wifi worked without interruptions. Priceline states cooktops in the rooms and that is inaccurate!! Microwave, fridge in rooms. Stayed a week and not one roach did I see!!! Honestly. Location is great surrounded by shopping malls and restaurant's all around.. Pleased to have experienced a great stay!!

There was stuff dried that had ran down the bathroom door and one wall. There was a 2 inch gap under the door. There was frozen spilled drink in the mini fridge. The women down the way keep playing LOUD rap music early morning. When I asked for a refund so I could go some other place the receptionist heemed and hawed but didn't give me a refund. Instead sent housekeeping that didn't speak English who then preceded t walk in unannounced onto my teenage girl who was using the toilet! Mind you this was a man. Then with all our bags on the floor preceded to start dumping fabalouso everywhere and clean it with a towel wrapped around a broom. Plus it said free Wifi but the 3 days we where there the Wifi was down. Plus on the website site it says $38 a day and I was charged $66. The lampshade had a needle shoved in it.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I can not speak for the rooms as I never made it that's far, what I can tell you sis that there was a prostitue working the parking lot when we got there but it was late and I was tired! Proceeded to pay for a room and get the key. Drove all the e at to the back and went to look at what we were now very sceptical of! Made it about 3 feet in the hall and saw 3 men using drugs and I'm not talking weed! I turned around and instantly demanded my money back!!!!! This place is what horror films are made of!!!

The place is filthy, the beds as old as the 70's and extremely UNCOMFORTABLE! The boy at the front desk was a little snot too! Unbelievable arrogance! Guess he's not used to educated unstreet people trying to check in! Be careful drugs were smelt everywhere!

Walked into the room, turned the light on and roaches of all sizes were running all over the room. Disgusting, even bedding had holes in them.

Decent place kinda ghetto you can't even go into your room without people asking you for money. And you get random knocks at the door. Overall I'd stay here again if our other spot isn't available.

Was a last resort room at midnight, front desk was very friendly but WOW their maintenance is lacking. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Roaches, mold, garbage, broken doors, aggeessive passerby and shattered windows. The bed and towels were very clean though, and the water was very hot. Good if you're too tired to care about quality. ($65 for one night as of 5/22)

This place is under construction let's call it. Didn't get out of my car. Y'all need to update your stuff. Be honest with people.

Front desk personnel is phenomenal. Hopefully with covid dying down they'll have the money to fix this place.

They recently started forcing people to move every week. This wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that I am crippled and have trouble walking. They also keep putting me upstairs. I've asked that they let me stay in one room while I stay here, but I have been refused, despite my very clear disability. This is a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act Title III. I don't want to cause any trouble or get kicked out in order to be accommodated, so I have let it go. For now.

The outside is covered in trash. The walls in the room are filthy with obvious mystery brown stains. There are hole knocked in the walls. The TV doesn't work. The phone doesn't work. There is a leaking pipe in the wall behind massive water damage that was badly patched and the floor is soaked. There is mold. There are bedbugs as well. The place should be condemned, not kidding. When getting my refund they couldn't even find receipt paper, didn't know how to process a refund, and someone was being arrested by the front door.

They say this motel 6 has been updated but it looks as old as ever. For the price they should take better care. Outside is dirty with bits of trash everywhere. Half the rooms are under construction and the lot as well. These pictures are deceiving as the rooms are worn out and run down. Not even any extras such as breakfast or a pool. The internet doesn't even work constantly. (Not their fault) But, there's people hanging around partying throughout the night. I couldn't even sleep! Hope the renovations help to elevate their clientele. πŸ˜₯

The office number is always busy. Housekeeping doesn't give toilet paper more than once a week. The don't ask for your linnens to wash ever. The laundry room consists of 1 washer and dryer and the dryer doesn't work. And I guess when you pay for a room with 2 beds and you only get a single bed you should be happy to have a bed at all.
