I was a prep patient only in 2015 and became a patient in 2017. The care was extremely unafirming and i literally had to seek care from multiple sources throughout my time here ensuring continuous hrt ect. They ultimately made false entries on medical records and notes then violated the 21st century cures act information blocking provisions and did a lot of harm when caught. I do not recommend trillium health as a medically and lawfully transitioned transgender woman. Very Toxic place. Since Trillium is a non profit not paying taxes taking govt funds and insurance. Non profits are required to enrich the community instead of enriching thier owners and private interests in millions in personal wealth at tax payer expense. They should not be producing videos on Facebook telling people how to vote in elections hosted by employees on other Facebook pages. They should uphold to thier mission statement in place of it being a fairy tale and at times blatent false advertising and web pages. Trillium should loose its charity status and pay taxes for violations of charity requirements.

Been going here for over 5 years it feels like and I've never wanted to go anywhere else. They've helped solve any issues that arise and and are very flexible and punctual, like if LIFE happens and I miss an appt all I do is just call or show up and most of the time they can fit me in. So great place for all my medical needs so far and that included my mental health side of things too

Again and again this place proves me how unorganized and unprofessional they are. I am tired of this place. I wonder if the employees/nurses/doctors are qualified for this job at all? They would just change your prescription without consulting or talk to you. They would give you inaccurate records. If they made FAKE records, I won't be surprised. I got proof that they may fake the records; but hopefully it is just inaccurate record from a typo. But either way, giving an inaccurate record is a BAD PRACTISE. When you have test result, they rarely get back to you nor consult you if you need further test etc. I HAD to personally ask them. Then they said ooh yes, you need further test. If I said nothing, they won't do anything. I am done with this place. I guess you get what you paid for. This place is cheap or even free for those who are unemployed or have low income. But the medical service is just the worst. There were also a few incidents where their own employee STEAL patients records. I just cannot trust this place ever. Nothing has changed for the past 10 years. Has always been this unprofessional. I have complained this for the past 10 years and still no changes. So no point in telling the same people again.

The Best Doctor's, nurses, staff and care anywhere in New York State. Unbelievable passionate care from the check in staff, nurse's, doctor's all the way to the security personnel. Wish I found them earlier, but happy I found them now.

They...are...the...worst! I have to physically appear to get them to respond to faxes from my pharmacy...and more than once for the same script...the one guy that i ever got positive results from working with...was laid off. Referrals? Please...half of them never happen. Trillium's incompetence is mind blowing! I wish there was someplace I could file a complaint regarding their services.

Was okay they got me in fast no planned parenthood type abortion protesters outside for my gyn appt which is always nice. The lady butchered me during my papsmear exam though was a little rough.

I GO HERE TO SEE MY PCP BUT I BARELY SEE HER AND WHEN I DO SEE HER IT'S QUICK AND FAST AND IN A HURRY BUT I LOVE THEIR FOOD PROGRAM IT'S CONVENIENT BECAUSE THERE'S A LAB THERE'S A FOOD PROGRAM THERE'S A PHARMACY PLUS THE DOCTOR SO IT'S LIKE A ONE-STOP-SHOP IF YOU REALLY NEED TO BUT I LOVE TRILLIUM AND THE THINGS TRILLIUM DO FOR ME INCLUDING MY PCP AND OTHER STAFF...

Started here two years ago with a wonderful doctor. Prescriptions were always a bit of a run around but I didn't mind as I was receiving great care. Always always always have to call in for them, even if I have "multiple refills." Pharmacy tells me so. Nowadays, the best doctor at the practice has left, and any urgent concern of mine is not likely to be addressed for at least a month. Last week I had to make a ridiculous number of phone calls over four days just to get my script filled in time, but trillium didn't communicate so I paid full price because I was leaving town and needed it. Would be nice to have a backup bottle, because I'd really like to not be in withdrawal every month(as I said, they never are on top of prescription refills), but doesn't seem like they'll give me the luxury. Very exhausting for me. My second appointment in a row was cancelled without notifying me today, when I have a knee injury among other concerns. I even asked over the portal to make sure and got no response. It's great that they can get me in tomorrow, because I know they are extremely busy here. It's clear the problems here are not the staffs fault, maybe they need an additional facility in the city. Whatever the case, I'm going to look for a new doctors office...
