I first got notice of this store 2 years ago when I was new to the area, from San Diego. I was looking for a Rolex Submariner or Rolex Submariner Date. At the time, I was not expecting COVID to happen and ended up not making the purchase during uncertain times when I got the call from Farrand several months later. Then, in 2022...I was allowed the opportunity to purchase it again from the Kranich's Altoona location. Lightning doesn't strike twice! As such, I ended up buying it. Coming back to the State College location, I noticed they have another brand called MIDO. If you haven't heard of MIDO, they make excellent watches for the price. I wouldn't sleep on them! I wanted something to pair my Submariner with, so decided to make the purchase. Farrand was a pleasure to deal with and assisted me. He's an absolute gentleman and I highly recommend anybody to work with him.

We’re delighted with the custom ring that Kranich’s could create for us to showcase heirloom stones that have long awaited a home. It’s a special piece and it couldn’t have been created without the guidance and expertise of Kailey, Shane, and Benjamin. I stopped in to find out if they could repair a chain on a necklace completely expecting the answer to be no and was surprised at how helpful all three women were that assisted me( Lisbeth, Jamie, and Angel). One took the necklace to the repair room while the other two made pleasant conversation. The necklace was repaired in 3 minutes and everybody had smiles on their faces. I’ve made purchases here in the past and will absolutely do so going forward. Customer service these days is at an all time low and this experience was a breath of fresh air and restored my faith that people still care about doing the best job possible for their customers.

My wife had to have her rings repaired. Farrand took care of everything for us. Great customer service. No issues. The rings look brand new. Only a short time for repairs. Kranichs is the only place we ever go for jewelry because of the great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

My favorite jewelry store! They have a beautiful selection of timeless styles, high-quality pieces, and reasonable prices compared to elsewhere. I'm selective about what I like but Kranich's always has pieces that catch my eye. The customer service is excellent, professional, and friendly. Jamie is wonderful to work with, and has helped me choose/design several pieces. She's very kind and patient. I'm always impressed that she's able to recognize me by name and remember what I like, even though I don't stop in that often. I recently got an opal ring from Kranich's for my wedding anniversary... I absolutely adore it and will treasure it forever. I highly recommend Kranich's as well as Jamie!

I visited Kranich's looking for a ring for my girlfriend with absolutely no idea what I was looking for. Kailey was incredibly patient and showed me a wide variety of items until I was satisfied. A great experience I would highly recommend.

I went to Kranich’s with my girlfriend(now fiancé) to go ring shopping. We were assisted by Shane and Lisbeth and they helped us throughout the entire process of finding a ring, purchasing within my budget, and ensuring that everything was perfect. Kranich’s also provides a lifetime sizing adjustment plan which will be very reassuring if my fiancé and I ever need to adjust the size of our rings. Julie was amazing with helping us pick the perfect engagement ring! She had diamond set aside for us when we got there and made sure to have me try on everything I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Steph was very helpful with sizing and was so nice! Thanks to Julie and Josh at Kranich's for an outstanding experience. There was no way I could choose an engagement ring with out my beloved, but how to spring the proposal without a ring? Julie and Josh helped me plan things, and on the day I sprung the proposal to my beautiful Ashley outside the store and when she finally said yes (5s or was it 5min to get to yes?) we went in and Ashley chose a beautiful ring which is giving us both so much pleasure. When I went back to Kranich's to get my ring resized, the team working was outstanding and answered all of my questions and got my ring resized quickly. This store was absolutely amazing. When my boyfriend and I arrived we were greeted by Erica who helped us the whole time. She was absolutely amazing. Erica helped us pick out a wide range of jewelry ideas and even cleaned my necklace while we first started looking around. We will definitely be coming back here!!

We had the absolute best experience working with Kranich's Jewelers for our wedding bands. We are from New York City, so we did all of our discussion via email, including the custom design of my diamond wedding band. We worked with Kailey- who I cannot say enough good things about. She was patient, attentive and extremely responsive. We discussed the custom band design, she had a silicone mock up completed and then sent it to be made! It was the best experience. Claims to be Military Veteran friendly in regards to hiring, as well as prefer those with 1 year management experience and 1 year of customer service for hiring. So what happens when a Military Veteran with 5 years of service and multiple years of management both in and out of the military; as well as customer service for 10 plus years decides to apply for 1 of their jobs? Your application gets viewed and tossed to the side. Tired of businesses claiming to hire Veterans when they don't.

I went to Kranichs looking for a nice time piece, i was welcomed and escorted around the store by shane. He was very charismatic and professional. He took care of all my needs in a very timely manner. and with his knowledge, was able to lead me into precisely the right direction i was looking for watch wise. Great service, highly recommend.

The staff at Kranich’s is always friendly and helpful, giving consistently excellent service based on protection plans we purchased for my jewelry. They clean it every visit and have replaced lost diamonds and reshaped a ring, mailing it to our Allentown area home when the repair was completed. I will definitely purchase jewelry and protection plans in the future!

Just had another great experience at Kranich’s at their North Atherton store. I worked with Jamie and Julie to help me find a new chain while waiting for a battery change. They were very attentive and went out of their way to find the right chain for me. While their stock of white gold was low, they worked to show me specific chain styles and thicknesses until I found the perfect one. I ordered it and it was in within a few days. It was perfect. I went to Kranich's Jewelers with my girlfriend to pick out some ideas for her engagement ring and Jamie and Jackson were GREAT! They were helpful to and patient with the both of us (never having bought rings before) and carefully tactful in keeping the final purchase and such a surprise for my now fiance. Not only were they helpful with this important purchase, it meant a lot to us that they celebrated with us as well. I visited Kranich's on North Atherton last month to look at options for engagement rings. I was helped by Julie Kautz, who was both knowledgeable and amiable. The other team members were also quite friendly as well, which made the experience fun and relaxed. Purchased jewelry from out of state all the way in south Georgia. Kailey was so on top of things and made the buying experience a 10/10. Started out with an engagement ring then returned to purchase the stackable bands to go along with it. My wife also purchased my wedding band from here as well. I have used Kranich’s for all of my jewelry purchases to include necklaces, engagement ring, wedding bands and also mother’s rings. They always have the best selection and are so personable and professional to work with! We put our rings through a lot each and everyday and sometimes we cause some damage to a particular piece and they have been quick and so helpful in getting it repaired! I stopped in to get my rings cleaned. While they were being cleaned Jamie and K____ showed me several bracelets. I had no intention of purchasing any! I found a gorgeous gold bracelet with a channel setting of diamonds in the Estate jewelry section. The sales clerks were professional, complimentary and not pushy. The service at Kranich's in State College is great. Jamie has helped me with multiple purchases for special occasions. She makes me and my wife feel valued as customers. She has called ahead of significant events and seems to care more about making us happy than just closing the deal. She also remembers favorite pieces of jewelry so that I can make the best choices for celebratory gifts. This is my jeweler.

This was my second time coming to Kranich's, to get my tree necklace chain repaired, and Jamie was great! She let me know about the repair contract that covers future repairs at no cost. She was very informative, engaging and as a low income customer, she went out of her way to give me a small discount to make this deal possible for me.
