Super long wait time for consultation..the appointment system can be more streamlined and organized to save people's time and avoid huge gathering. People who pay extra for emergency checkup shall be entertained but not at the sake of wasting time of people who came early. It took me almost 3.5 hours just to get consultation. First come, first serve would be much more better.

I would like to share my experience at Dr. Ramesh's Super Speciality Eye care and laser centre-Ludhiana after my retina detachment corrective surgery here 1-Very learned, quick + correct diagnosis, polite and  good behaviour of Doctors, Nurses, Technicians and Staff members. 2-Economical and affordable rates for consultation, latest eye tests,  medicines  and surgeries. 3-Detailed  explaination about each aspect is shared with the patient and their family member such as-patient is suffering from which eye problem,  resolution of  patient's problem, counselling,  diagnosis and  precautions. 4-Lot of Care of out station patients. 5-All facilities are integrated togather under one roof- Blood tests -pre operative procedure, Medicines, spectacles, surgery and accommodation. The doctor deserves 5 stars, but..... I bought these glasses from the hospital itself whose lens were not clear then I revisited asked for replacement, they replaced it and I'm facing the same problem again, I'm really disappointed, if you are visiting hospital, please don't bye spectacles from here, otherwise the doctor was great. I really appreciate him.

DR RAMESH IS VERY POLITE AND ALL STAFF TOO POLITE AND GOOD. HAVING ALL EQUIPMENTS AND FACILITIES UNDER ONE ROOF AS OTHERS HAVE NOT . DR RAMESH EXPLAINS HIMSELF TO PATIENT EXCEPT DR RAMESH TEAM. EVEN CHARGES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMENED DR RAMESH SUPER EYE CARE & LASER CENTRE.

I got operated on November 25, 2022. Needless to say it was a smooth experience. Dr. Ramesh worked with utmost professionalism and a humble attitude. Will for sure recommend everyone to come in for a visit.
