Okay types with cold reception by the staff and average kind of tastes like any other icecream brands like Kwality, or others. Perhaps the person at the sales counter also didn't know/want to sell the best one.

Basant is a well known food chain in Ludhiana. They have made a mark for their in-house made fruit ice-creams and milk shakes. The best part is the Ice Cream. However if you are a real ice cream fan, just come and taste. However They also serve veg and Non veg Food which we donot taste. The unique feature of this place is economical cost of food.

Very bad experience I didn't expect that the restaurant I love to visit could turn to be so dirty......and the food I Had was worst I felt very shy that I take my friends to this place.... Especially the people serving food was so rude and it take long time for them to served the food.... Especially I was tomuch and when I see hair in the meal....kindly request the management team to please improve your hygiene... And behavior towards customers
