Well, Hair specialists are very cooperative with me but the manager is not cooperative. She must care about clients likings, as I don’t like hindi sings so o said please play punjabi songs for a little time but she refused that I don’t like because clients are very important for every worker so she should have care about clients likings

I had the opportunity to prepare for a wedding at this salon, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The results were not in line with my expectations; I left feeling like my appearance had been transformed into something that didn't reflect my vision. Equally disheartening was the behavior of the staff, which didn't meet the professional and courteous standards one would anticipate in such settings. What compounded my disappointment was the relatively high cost of the service, especially when compared to the quality that was delivered. Given the salon's reputation and usual level of service, the experience fell short of the mark. This misalignment between expectation and reality left me feeling both frustrated and disheartened. It's my hope that sharing this experience will provide valuable feedback to both the salon and potential clients. While every situation can have its challenges, constructive feedback can often lead to improvements and better experiences in the future.

Had my wedding makeup done from kapurthala institute and my big day was totally ruined by them. Not only the makeup was bad, the hairstyle and the way they were using the makeup brushes on my eyes was really hurting. That was the first time of me ever getting the makeup done by a MUA and i still regret my decision.

Unwelcomed staff and prices are too high compare to services they provide. Not satisfied . Doesn't know how to attend customers..

I absolutely loved my makeup look and hair. I was doubtful at first because I had bad experiences getting ready in India, however I was far from disappointed. The makeup was very well done and complemented my facial structure and looked natural/glam. The updo was perfect for the whole event and didn’t loosen at all. I definitely recommend this place and thank you Mandeep + staff. Definitely seeing you again soon!
