Previously Rutba, and now, Oscar's. The name has changed but most I the things are the same. There's a lot scope of improvements in terms of food and atmosphere.

Worst service I ever had experienced. Tables are not cleaned. Service very poor. You have to wait long time for your order. I recommend you never visit here

A decent place to hang out friends, serves multi cuisine dishes but average taste. Staff is not at all active. I went for the Valentine's party with friends. Service was poor and the food was just average . The highlight of this place the roof top restaurant and easily accessible nothing else

Don't like the Chinese platter. Only three food items included. Chinese platter should has chowmein manchurian and etc Chinese food. Ridiculous!!

Hi all..we recently visited this lounge for our anniversary.. everything there was an Average except for live music...singer is awesome he made us enjoy d evening else food was average..kebabs ,manchrian, chilly potato were 2/10... So up to u now gyes...

Visited there for Dinner and found it, a nice place. Ambience was Great, Live music was good. Food was tasty n service was up to mark. Keeping in view highly priced food, served quantity was too little. Either you should enter there with your pocket full or you will come out empty stomach. In totality I would rate it as a nice place, situated at the most happening area of the city.

Worst experience ever I didn't want to give enen a single star but had to give 1 to post my experience Had kitty with kids First of all they changed the the food i finalized saying that i asked to do so but i had not said them to make any changes Secondly they charged for kids seperately even after saying that kids charges are included...when i called for the manager he vanished Thirdly the staff was rude And last dj was included in my package but on the spot they refused saying that kids are disturbing the other guests. If it was so why did they agree for kitty with kids. Overall would NOT SUGGEST anyone to visit that place

Pathetic service. Their manager is least responsible and a complete senseless creature who does not have manners to talk to customers. I booked a table with decoration on it but by the time i reached, i could see nothing!! And instead of apologizing for her carelessness, she just shrugged off her shoulder. Quality of service is plunging with every passing day in rutba's case.

Bad service and over priced place.food was pathetic and drinks were like mix up with no alcohol. Absolutely rip off .

Enjoyed at this place, though it was not a usual weekend day but still the place got the vibes with live music, booze and the food. Also, roof top sitting makes it feel pleasant.

The place is good, but I would suggest you to keep a check of the weather and temperature conditions, before visiting the open rooftop. Hot and humid climate may hinder with your enjoyment.

Best time at this place during Sugar Zindagi open Mic event. Done anchoring at open mic event. The view at the top is fabulous. Beautiful decorated and their food quality is good.

One of my favourites in ludhiana. Has a lovely roof top. The food is excellent. The ambience and the food just sets it apart from the others.
