Such a worth less Restaurant …never organise any party here …Very poor service …. 4 time mangna padta hai tab 1 time serve hota hai…very less space n they book 4-4 parties at a same time Just hav play zone area to attract kids Tasteless food Poor service Poor staff Charges are very high …never take packages from them Mislead the customers by offering them packages …unlimited ke naam par ek baar bhi sahi se serve nahi krte ….very disappointed Spoiled my kid party .

If you are looking for a place to dine with friends or family and specially, if you are accompanied by kids, this is the place to opt for due to the reasons that they have play area where your kids can spend time playing and you can have time to chit chat and enjoying food without being disturbed by kids. Secondly, the rates are affordable for adults, however, for children under the age of 8, you'll have to pay almost the same amount( just a difference of 100-150 rs.), they don't have the option of paying half the amount, may be because they offer play area for them also. Overall a very good place, with a but slow service

I won't recommend this place to anyone ..poor and soooo slow service ..... Organisez 3- 4 parties at a time .. and very arrogant staff ....never organize any birthday party here ...

We went to Town Square Cafe by chance and we loved it there. Ambience is good and they have play zone for kids. The best part about this place is food. They had lot of variety in the buffet (specially starters) and the taste was super awesome. My entire family had an amazing time there. Service was also quick. The place is totally worth and I would definitely recommend to others.

Worst experience ever,booked for my son's birthday and it was pathetic,service is pretty slow,ask again and again and then also quality food will not be served,food quality is the lowest in the town,no etiquettes of staff,rude behavior,would rate minus 100 for this place.

It is one of the best place to have a buffet dinning which includes tasty food. Loved by adults, it does have a kids specific sections. We experienced our office dinner will good starters in both Vegetarian and Non vegetarian options, and will surely recommend you and all here if your are in Ludhiana. Located on the Ferozpur Rd. is clearly visible and has a good parking place. Only concern is about the Behaviour of the staff, which I think can be improved.

Worst service ever. These guys boast of their buffet service but the food is either not there which we can pick. Moreover, the food which they served was also cold. Won’t recommend this restaurant ever!

I didn’t like the place at all. Food was overcharged and tasteless. Only they provide play area for kids so that parents can have fun. Even play area is not clean and no any helper is inside to take care of kids. I felt full wastage of money there. Better choose other place to hangout.

Very bad service , the manager and the working staff surely need some hospitality etiquette classes.. casual attitude, laid back behaviour.. all in all even if the food might be ok the overall experience was disappointing. One star only for the ambiance maybe .

4 stars for ambience , 3 stars for average food , service was average. yeah it was crowdy. they offer buffet @800 veg and 900 non veg ofcourse hard drinks not included in buffet. yeah little expensive 450 for dal makhani , now you can have an idea.😉 here's one of the items i tested here was new to me but literally was tasty , specially the dip...

Awesome food and the best part is play area..so if u are going with kids (<10yrs) u can peacefully enjoy the meal..Its a sort of bbqn concept..but with an added advantage of play area and more economical than bbqn...staff is very cooperative and courteous..so full paisa wasool...

Wonderful experience. Quick service and food is very tasty. Only thing which can add more value they should add more varieties of desserts. Section for kids entertainment is beautifully built.
