We booked a holiday package at Shillong with this agency. When we reached the hotel - Tripura Castle, Shillong, we were told that there is no booking for us despite the fact that Holiday quest had given us confirmation for the booking. For 2-3 long hours, we had to co-ordinate with their sub-agents with no real output for checking in to the hotel. Finally, we had to settle for lower end hotel and did not get the full benefits for what we paid for in advance. When we demanded a refund for the services not provided, Holiday Quest did not refund us the amount. They are holding the customers accountable for their failures and the customer has to bear the loss. We highly recommend not to use this agency. Very conveniently they have mentioned Nov month but which year ? Hence none of their promises are met, request all readers not to fall into their trap and spoil your vacation.

A big thank you to our Agent Gautam. He was very polite, answered all our queries and helped us through the whole process. Also he was very accommodating of all our requests. This was our first trip with this tour company and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to book trips abroad. They will surely help out with your queries.

I had booked Bali package from Holiday quest. Right from the beginning i got a fantastic support and quick replies for all the questions.. They were professional and friendly and accommodated all my changes in the itinerary.. also the quotes were really competitive.. the actual trip was conducted by a local partner and they were prompt in all area's and was hassle free..All changes on the fly was accommodated, was on time, prompt.. The only feedback i would request is to have a english speaking driver so that we can understand more about the place, and have a good conversation.. Other than that the trip experience was on the dot and excellent co-ordination and hospitality..

i planned my trip for kerala, it was very good, kerala is truly natural beauty❤️ people over there were so kind and gentle... all the bookings were done by holiday quest, and the staff over there in kerala was so gentle and co-operative...munnar is truly beautiful, boathouse is the best thing thay ever happened to me❤️. During our trip our driver was the match winning person, his name was sulfikar, he could speak hindi and he was very obedient, we could call him at any time anywhere... he never refused... i would suggest holiday quest to kindly ensure for the people whosoever go with your booking they should get sulfikar. Thankyou holiday quest it was a nice trip with you.

It was very nice experience with the Holiday Quest. We went to Sikkim and Darjeeling for 9 days and trip went very awesome. The only thibg we felt was that the hotel given in Pelling was not nice. We didn't had time to change it..otherwise they might have helped us.Overall its a nice experience and would recommend to all my friends and family.
