Avoid this place if you can.They don't provide toiletries and towels. Washroom and toilet stinks very dirty and one of the receptionist is so arrogant. He is just their to argue. I booked it because they had good review on makemytrip but then it was reviewed by 2 person only. So a big no to this place. I will never go back. I would rather choose another dormatory which is like 2mins from their and close by Kashmirigate and they have beautiful restaurants as well.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Homestay AC Dormitory in New Delhi, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. My stay was riddled with issues, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. First and foremost, the staff at this establishment was unbelievably unhelpful and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that their priority was anything but guest satisfaction. They were disinterested and indifferent to my concerns, and it was a challenge to get even basic information or assistance from them. Their attitude left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. As if the lackluster staff wasn't enough, the condition of the dormitory itself was abysmal. The main reason I chose this place was for the promise of air conditioning in the dormitory. However, to my utter dismay, the AC was not working at all during my stay. With the scorching Delhi heat, it was nothing short of unbearable. To make matters worse, there were no fans provided in the dormitory, leaving us to suffer through sweltering temperatures throughout the night. Cleanliness, or the lack thereof, was another major issue. The dormitory and common areas were in a state of disarray, with trash scattered around and no visible effort made to maintain hygiene. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the management, and this neglect added to the overall discomfort of the stay. Additionally, the amenities promised on their website were nowhere to be found. There was no Wi-Fi, no toiletries, and no lockers for securing personal belongings. It was as if they had completely misrepresented their services to attract unsuspecting guests. In summary, my experience at the Homestay AC Dormitory in New Delhi was nothing short of a disaster. The unhelpful staff, non-functioning AC, lack of basic amenities, and poor cleanliness made for an incredibly unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise anyone considering this accommodation to think twice and explore other options in New Delhi. It's a place that fails miserably in delivering even the most basic standards of comfort and hospitality.

One of the if not the best Hostels in Delhi. Everything is so clean. My previous experience with well renowned hostels is average, but this one exceeded my expectations. The only thing that can be improved is room sizes are too large. I mean the bed i got allocated has around 20 beds. But irrespective of it, they're well maintained and they have common bathrooms and are also well maintained. The building for sure looks old, but inside the hostel it's pretty clean.

Stayed at their private room last month. Even though the outlook of the building was old once I stepped inside their floor I was amazed by how nice and clean the reception looked in contrast to the building. The room allocated to us was very well maintained with very clean attached bathroom. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Also, I did checkout the dorm where so many people were staying and was quite surprised to see the level of hygiene and cleanliness maintained. They have separate dining and play areas…it did give a very youthful vibe!

Don't believe in 4/5 star reviews they are all Fake. I stayed at this horrible hotel.. It is mixed with dormitory and single rooms.. The rooms here is so stinking the toilets and not clean at all so if asked about it the staff behaviour is very rude.. EDITED: these people will reply the same to all the guests. It's better to go near New Delhi railway hardly auto person will charge 150₹ There ull get plenty of options with better price

We literally got bit by bedbugs. Room sanitation was not done properly. Bedbugs were literally everywhere on the bed linen, the curtain etc. There's this girl in your staff who is rude as hell, absolutely uncooperative and rolled her eyes everytime we talked to her. Don't even have basic amenities like ice, the water coolers were empty and the toilet was not clean. This was the second time we stayed here and the experience was hell. We couldn't wait to get out. We stayed for the first time a few days ago and things were fine but this time around definitely a fail. Please teach your staff to be professional, she didn't even bother to check even after we told her about the bedbugs. And I noticed the price was higher this time for the same amenities. I'm being generous giving it even a single star, trust me.

This place has lots of pros for its price range and very few cons. The place is neat, They provide clean bedding with fan, charging port and decent size locker. The Guy at the reception counter is helpful and though he is often roaming away from it, he will come to your aid pronto if you call him. The common Bathroom and toilets are adequately clean. This is a nice place to visit and stay. You can get a bed cost 500 for 24hours. The service is good. Also staff behaviour is also good. You can get free wifi and cleanness. Overall it's a good place to visit.

It's a good hostel stay. Well communicated to metro and bus stop. Food from canteen was not so good but people may bought food from outside and have it inside common room. There are good entertainment also with indoor games. Bathroom was spacious and with amenities. I liked it very much.

I had an extremely comfortable stay. Best accomodation at best prices. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Especially Kundan bhai and Sonu bhai helped a lot in making me feel at home at the dormitory. My stay was for 5 days and I had wonderful time here. The washrooms are clean and well maintained. The bunk bed provided here was also really good.

Good stay. If u need to sleep well without any disturbance i will advise to choose this property. All the service was good. Staffs were so polite and friendly.

A pocket friendly, comfortable and cozy stay in Delhi and a go-to stay if you are a solo traveller. The staff here is kind and helpful especially Mr. Sonu Gupta. They are always available at your service. Highly recommended if you're planning to explore New Delhi.

I have been staying at Homestay AC Dormitory at regular periods for few months by now. Its very close to Kashmere Gate metro station and bus stop. Staff is very nice and supportive. 3.5/5 Pros - Convenient location. The staff was helpful and they accommodated my request for a very early check in as I reached Delhi at 4.00am in the morning. The place was comfortable and it had all amenities. Provides value for money. Cons - Bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Overall I think this is a good place for short stays.

Nice ambience. Liked it. Maintenance is far good than any other hostel or dorms. My small suggestion is to Install one aquarium which may double the attraction. Flowing or moving water & colourful fishes are considered a developement of the property. Try to do this. All the best..

Excellent position and ideal for those who are travelling to Delhi for a limited stay and will take bus from ISBT. Bathroom and Beds were clean. Service and hospitality was good. They have a 24hrs Check-in policy which is extremely useful for travellers like me. Thank You, will visit again.

It was nice experience in one night stay in AC dormitory room in Delhi. Room cost also too cheap (Rs 500 only excluding GST charges) to stay in such a big City. Stuff member were also very welcome in nature.

Located right next to Kashmere gate bus terminal and thus the metro station. I stayed here for 10 hours. It was adequate but felt more of a PG than a traveler hostel. The beds and WIFI was good. Pretty minimal but it gets the job done and its location is great for someone traveling via Kashmere gate. The location can be slightly tricky to find via google maps.

One of the best dormitory in Delhi. Convenient for transportation. Metro & inter state bus terminal available in walkable distance. Very neat atmosphere compared to any other hostel or dormitory which I have visited in Delhi. Staff also most helpful, homely environment. Peaceful ambience. The staff was very well mannered and helpful. The beds were clean and tea was very good as well. Sonu Gupta as a staff here also told about the whereabouts of certain places and restraunts nearby.

Good rooms at affordable rates, polite manager and staff. I stayed here for 4 days only 1 issue all phones should be on silent. Other people's phones are ringing out loud and vibrating but they are fast asleep. They don't care about others sleeping.

Location was perfect, tea and coffee facility was also there, very clean area. Every staff member I encountered, from the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Love this place....

It's nice and cosy. Ac working fine, 10° lesser than outside temperature. Mattresses are one of the best I've slept in, idk if it's memory foam or what but in hostels, you usually don't find these. Receptionists is very well spoken, loved the lady's communication skills. One drawback is washroom, they aren't super clean. You can find water stains on washroom and toilet which takes one star.

Comfortable but some of the beds designs are not respect the privacy as curtains are not properly cover all the area of the beds. Five-star is possible only if bed privacy standard get upgrade. Service is excellent.

Nice bed, good shower facility, professional and helpful staff at reception who allowed me to keep my bags there. It's a nice place just take a left at the ritz cinema and it's a three minute walk located on the right hand side as it's a hard place to find but great location. It's quiet at night and convenient to metro and bus. I will return as it's cheap and cheerful.

Good place to stay for solo travellers, affordable. Bed is nice, you get a locker under the bed and the locker has enough space for storage. 24*7 AC, access to balcony at all times. They don't have a common area. Best thing about this hotel is its Connectivity to Metro. Walking distance of 100 metres or less frim Kashmere Gate metro. Washroom cleanliness needs to improve. Overall very good

Stayed in this dormitory on University educational tour with my students. It’s student budget friendly and safe. Convenient to travel any parts of Delhi as Kashmeri Gate metro station is just a few metres away. Friendly staff and clean environment. A big thumbs up to Mr. Sumit for always making sure that the rooms are spotless and readily available on the spot to clean as and when we request him. He has done an excellent job.
