I have just completed my invisalign treatment with Dr Sunny Sangha at the Newcastle practice. Everything has been completely seamless from start to finish. I've felt very well looked after and well informed from all the staff- truly a 5* service. The practice itself is modern and spotlessly clean. Contact has been great with appointment reminders and any queries I've had have been answered knowledgeably and in a friendly manner. The treatment itself has been fantastic, I had terrible crowding, especially with my lower teeth and hated smiling in photos and even talking made me self conscious. I couldn't believe how fast my teeth went into their desired position and I had no pain at all during treatment. The price I paid was very competitive in comparison to other places and there was absolutely no 'hard sell' for the service so I felt confident choosing Smmmile. I have just received my whitening treatment to complete my now perfectly straight smile while I await my retainers being made. I noticed also that the practice is very accessible for disabled people, including the toilet and even baby changing facilities so inclusive for everyone- a lovely touch! Thank you to Dr Sunny and all at the Newcastle store for my new smile and for just generally being so lovely!

I had my Invisalign fitted today ! Exceptional level of service offered ! Amy is genuine and doesn’t try to hard sell which is very refreshing, giving honest and insightful advice. All staff have been exceptional and Dr Sunny is very professional and detailed focused ! They also offer dental plans which means you don’t have to wait months to get a dentist appointment at reasonable monthly prices Plus the clinic is lovely ! Great team! And I’m looking forward to my journey !

I did my Invisalign treatment at Smmmile Newcastle and I'm very happy with the results and the service as a whole. From the first consultation (which is free) I got my teeth scanned and was able to see what can be achieved. After deciding to go ahead, I had a full dental check with Dr Ursula and starter the journey. The whole team is lovely and helpful. In my first week I also got a call to check how it's going which was really lovely. During the treatment, one of my teeth felt really sore and they booked me in straight away for a check up, thankfully all was fine, but I really appreciated the responsiveness. Thank you to the whole team! I definitely recommend them if you're looking to have Invisalign done :)

Great staff and I'm extremely happy with how my teeth now look. I can now smile without feeling paranoid. My only regret is I didn't do this 20 years ago.

cannot recommend enough. First, I completed my Invisalign journey within a year and the results are even better than I imagined. On a personal level - I am an extremely anxious patient. I have spent years avoiding the dentist being convinced that I would never have a perfect smile because I struggled so much. the incredible team at Smmmile are so warm and encouraging and helped me move past a fear that had been holding me back for years. By the end of my treatment Dr Ayesha and Charlotte had me looking forward to coming in and seeing them, knowing I was in safe hands. Thanks a million <3

I had my Invisalign fitted yesterday my Dr Ayesha & Keely. Ayesha is the kindest, gentlest dentist I've ever seen and Keely was also amazing, reassuring me the whole way through. Another big shout out to Amy who from my first consultation has been so warm, helpful and talked through all the options and costs, without pushing me to go for anything specific. The clinic is beautiful and I also loved the really flexible payment options. The whole process so far has felt really personal. I'm really excited to see the results! So far, very happy. Will report back in a few months.

The difference of having a dentist available to see instead of online options is a huge difference. Being able to call if there’s problems, have regular check ups and see the level of actual dentistry that’s applied is a huge comfort in something as important as moving your teeth around. I had major damage to a tooth which caused complications and Sunny put me at ease and came up with a plan. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Visited here and they made the whole process of getting my teeth done so easy and straightforward. They were very attentive and welcoming including the reception girls. Would deffinately recommend 10/10

Every member of staff at the store has been extremely helpful and friendly throughout the full process. Made my overall experience really enjoyable every time I went in to the store.
