positive
reviews.
Thankfully,
Fir
Tree
Inn
allows
me
to
do
so.
Self
and
husband
-
both
vegan
(so
blasted
awkward)
stopped
on
Saturday,
20
Nov
2022
when
attending
a
friend's
birthday
party.
Arrived
reasonably
early
and
first
impression
was
that
the
staff
were
really
friendly,
welcoming
and
just
lovely.
Every
single
member
of
staff
went
out
of
their
way
to
make
us
feel
welcome.
Secondly,
the
room
REALLY
impressed.
They
have
these
little
cabins
and
although
bijou,
the
room
and
en
suite
were
very
impressive.
Everything
was
really
clean,
it
was
really
quiet
and
very,
very
comfy.
Most
impressive
of
all:
we
had
loads
of
biscuits
and
all
were
clearly
marked
vegetarian
with
all
but
one
packet,
vegan.
This
is
a
particularly
thoughtful
touch
and
one
which
most
B&Bs
forget
so
I
was
very
impressed.
Our
member
of
staff
popped
the
heater
on
when
we
went
into
the
room
and,
boy,
did
it
kick
out
heat.
The
bed
was
fabulous
and
we
both
slept
really
well.
The
next
morning,
we
met
up
with
friends
for
the
breakfast
and
I
was
a
little
worried
about
this.
I
shouldn't
have.
We
had
a
superb
vegan
breakfast
and
it
was
utterly
delicious.
Husband
had
tomatoes
on
his
full
vg
English
and
where
other
B&Bs
will
give
maybe
a
couple
of
grilled
tomato
halves,
he
had
a
plateful
of
cooked
vine
tomatoes
which
were
gorgeous.
I
honestly
cannot
fault
them
at
all.
The
warmth
of
the
welcome,
the
kindness
and
thoughtfulness
of
the
staff
and
the
quality
of
bed
and
board:
5
stars
and,
if
I
could
give
more,
I
would.
Absolutely
recommend
and
would
go
back
in
a
heartbeat.
