Worst hospital ever… the doctor is a big fraud. She manipulates the patient for ivf, i was a healthy person, went there for urine infection and she made me test my fertility and made the reports wrong and said that i am not fertile i should try ivf, but attempting for baby only once i got pregnant within a month, dont trust this doctor, she is just looting the patient even her husband is himself a doctor here and he is very unprofessional, the nurses there are applying makeup and having long nails., one of her nurse has pinched me with her nail, and tied gloves in my hand for giving iv injections. This hospital needs to be audited and the license should be cancelled.

For me manokamna hospital is the good service provider hospital around Siliguri and before few days ago my mom is admited there and now she is fine and iam very happy with there service and i would like to heartly thanking you Dr.Monika Agarwal and around all the staff specially Nurse who cared my mom perfectly in there duty time so Again Thank you. and we would always recommend to our family and friends. sitem Dukpa and there family again thanking you.

The doctors here are great . I am writing this review while my wife is still admitted. Dr Naveen has great vision for the hospital it seems. However a place like a hospital has to be backed by an equally competent nursing staff and support staff. Polite and humble as patient and their relatives need that at such juncture. Nursing staff needs a turnaround. IV channels are not properly fixed and various other issues....

I wish there was a star lower than this...This is the worst hospital in Siliguri..You can't go to this hospital for any critical disease.Its a money making institution and not a hospital. My husband was admitted there for 10 days in 2021 for COVID.. Finally we had to move him to Neotia. He was battling death and this hospital instead of referring to another hospital was simply making money with utmost poor diagnosis and treatment. A diabetic specialist cannot treat pneumonia. What goes around comes around. So, Doctor's over there will face their karma in this lifetime.

I'm quite satishfy with the hospitality,care like homely and hygienic Equipped with the modern technology of Manokamna Hospital. Overall it's one of the best medical institution around our locality I personally suggest to everyone who are needy to take even once the service of this institution . Recently I had my aunt taken to Manokamna Hospital for gall stone surgery. The surgery went well. However, there were few points which definitely made the whole process from getting the patient admitted till discharge from there extremely inconvenient. First, the nurses there were impolite, lacking information with respect to the schedule and did not tend to the patient properly. Secondly, the patient was taken for surgery a day after and yet hours later than the originally given time. This caused the patient to remain on an empty stomach for more than 16 hours. The prepping up for surgery took another hour since the wheel chair and the ward boy were unavailable. The linens even after surgery were not changed. The patient was given the option of being discharged on the day of the surgery however, we decided to keep her for another night since she was too feeble, we accounted that for her being in almost fasting state since the day before. We would have overlooked everything since the surgery went well, alas the infamous attendant and the wheel chair were missing yet again. The family members had to take the patient by her arm all the way from third floor to the parking lot. We expect and hope that such inconveniences will not be faced by other patients and that Manokamna Hospital comes up with a better management panel.

I went to see my son doctor in manokamana hospital in March 1st week, the doctor there is very good but I will also say that the staff there is also very good especially the receptionist SWATI. She is very good, very good behavior, She gives information very well, her words are very clear and sweet. I had no problem going there. Very well all my work was done. My son is also doing very well now. Thank you Manokamna hospital.

My dad was admitted under Dr.Navin Agarwal on manokamna hospital. He had to operate for gall bladder stone and hernia. The operation went very well and the nurses took good care for the rest of the days. I am highly impressed and had a good experience.

On 29 September my father Mr. Bijoy Sashankar was admitted to Manokamana Hospital with dengue infection in quite serious condition. He was attended to immediately by doctors and medical staff. The care and treatment he received was exemplary and very commendable. He was attended to by nursing staff who were very caring, helpful and congenial. Dr Navin Agarwal looked after my father with extreme care and conducted various tests and treatment associated with the ailment. With their untiring effort, constant care and dedication he could recover within a week. I am immensely thankful to the hospital ,the medical nursing staff , RMO and Dr Navin Agarwal in particular. The charges levied by the hospital is reasonable and affordable We are now back home in time for Durga Puja. I have a proposal. Kindly open a cafeteria within the hospital premises for providing catering services to the patients. This will be of immense help and convenience. Dr Monika Agarwal is the best gynaecologist . My mother was ill for long time due to vaginal bleeding . Within a day, she diagnosed it a case of cancer. Now my mother is well after treated from Bombay . Her diagnosis is the best👍🏻

My aunty was suffering from uterine fibroid. And had done laproscopic surgery within 2days. I thank Dr Monika Agarwal for doing a great job and my aunty was fine now . She is a great gynaecologist in all over Siliguri.
