It is one of the best Gym in Milanmore area, it's very spacious and well maintained. It's clean and there are facilities like washroom and Changing room. The trainer here is also a great person. He is highly knowledgeable about fitness and is a well qualified trainer.

This is a fantastic gym!! As I attached with M.M fitness since a year I would like to share my personal experience which is very Organic. Yes there is no doubt to write about Trainer Mr. Anup Chhetri is a super nice take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how he give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great! I feel 5 years younger.

There are many gymnasium in the city but what makes any center better is the fitness coach. Mr. Anup of MM fitness is an outstanding fitness personal coach with expertise in resistance training, muscle strengthening, cardio exercises and nutritional aspects of the body. I recommend MM fitness for gymnasium and general fitness.

MMFitness helped me lose 7 kgs of excess fat and helped me gain muscle mass. The workouts are very well programmed , and Mr. Anup(Owner/trainer) is a thorough professional .

One of the best Gym in town with super dedicated coach (Anup Da). You will learn techniques, theory, and how to implement those. Highly recommended. Better to invest now rather going to doctor.
